Water Color Demonstration Offered At Babylon Library Kathryn Herzy, well know local artist, will give a demonstration on how to do water colors on Tuesday, June 20th at the Babylon Public Library . There will be two presentations , one at 2:00 in the afternoon and the second at 8:00 in the evening. Mrs. Herzy will explain the materials used in water colors. give hints on how to effectively mount them , and while she is talking she will exhibit her technique by doing a water color. This picture will be given to a member of the audience. This unusual program will encourage the beginning artist and challenge the more experienced.
