Attachment No. B.6 states that the Wicklow Port Company (WPC) currently operates under waste permit WFP-WW 12-0007-02 issued by Wicklow County Council on August 22"d, 2012. Please provide a map showing site boundaries of areas covered by the Permit. 3. Attachment D.l. states that the storage capacity of the building is up to 1,500 tonnes and that WPC will only store up to 1,200 tonnes of RDF in the shed at any one time prior to a shipment being confirmed. Attachment K: Remedial Management Plan paragraph 2.3 states that the proposal is to store no more than 1,000 tonnes of RDF in the temporary storage building at any one time. State the maximum quantity of waste (in tonnes or cubic metres) that will be stored at the installation at any one time, broken down as follows: [Regulation 9(2)(r)i i. [Regulation 9(2)(r)]. 5. Describe the arrangements for bale management at the installation, in order that bale retention times are minimised. [Regulation 9(2)(g)]. 6. For the 12-month period to date, provide a list of ships used to ship waste, including the dates of shipments and the tonnage loaded in each case. [Regulation 9(2)(g)]. In addition to the above please also provide an updated non-technical summary to reflect the information provided in your reply. The requested information should be submitted to the Agency within eighf weeks of the date of this notice, in order to allow the Agency to process and determine your. application.
