CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
CIRCUITS: Different exercise stations designed so you work a
variety of muscle groups. This whole body workout is especially
good for muscular strength, endurance & weight loss.
BOOT CAMP: Boot Camp is open to anyone who is serious
about fitness. This military style class will push your fitness
boundaries, help you lose weight, tone and become stronger and
fitter.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS: A challenging workout that
focuses on toning your legs, tums & bums. A variety of exercises
utilizing hand weights as well as your own body weight. Will help
define and shape!.
SLIM UP SUMMER: A Conditioning class that includes
stretching, abdominal work and muscle isolation resulting in a full
body workout ready to show off on the Beach.
RELAX & STRETCH: Re-energise, relax and lengthen
those muscles…..ready for the week ahead!
