Buy 1 Free 1 movie ticket with Maybank MasterCard Platinum Debit Card (“Promotion”) is organized by Malayan
Banking Berhad (“Maybank”).
The promotion is open only to all Maybank MasterCard Platinum Debit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) during the
Promotion Period.
This campaign shall be applicable to all new and existing Maybank MasterCard Platinum Debit customers that
renew or replace their Debit card at any Branch excluding employees of Maybank Debit, Prepaid & Innovation,
Cards Marketing, its partners, advertising agencies, auditors including their immediate family members and any
other persons involved in organizing, promoting and/or conducting this Promotion.
Cardholders whose accounts with Maybank which have been suspended, closed or who are in breach of their
Agreement with Maybank shall not be eligible for the Promotion or the Prizes.

5. The Promotion commences on 4th April 2014 and will end on 31 July 2014 (“Promotion Period”), both dates
inclusive.

Qualification Mechanics
7. The Buy 1 Free 1 movie ticket voucher is only given by Branch to customer who open a current or saving account
and issued with a Maybank MasterCard Platinum Debit Card.
8. The voucher is also given to existing MasterCard Debit customers that replace or renew their card at the branch.
Existing Debit card customers who convert their Debit card to MasterCard Debit will also be given the voucher.
9. The Buy 1 Free 1 voucher can only be used once and to redeem, a minimum one movie ticket is required to be
purchased. Only one move voucher is given to the MasterCard Debit customer and voucher is eligible for one
movie ticket only.
10. Redemption of the voucher is for over the counter at all participating TGV cinema and only Maybank MasterCard
Debit card is accepted as payment.
11. TGV cinema has the right to reject the voucher if Maybank MasterCard Debit card is not produce for the payment
of the movie tickets to redeem the voucher.
12. The selected 5,000 existing MasterCard Debit customers will receive the voucher via letter and they are required
to tear the voucher from the letter to redeem for the Buy 1 Free 1 movie tickets. (the redemption process is the
same as the normal vouchers where MasterCard Platinum Debit Card is required)
13. The validity of the voucher is till 31 July 2014 and while stock last and subject to availability of the movie tickets.
14. Each qualified MasterCard Debit customer is eligible for one voucher only during the entire campaign period.
Voucher Terms & Conditions at TGV
15. The voucher is valid for standard seats.
16. Cash Top-up is needed for preferred seats, Premium seats, Twin seats and 3 D titles.
17. Not Valid for IMAX INDULGE, LUXE & BEANIE. Not valid for Early Bird promotion, Super Wednesday and any other
ongoing promotions,
18. These privileges are only available when you present this voucher and payment made with Maybank MasterCard
Platinum Debit Card at TGV Cinema ticket counter outlets. (not applicable for Online booking)
19. Redemption is based on while stock last and subject to the seats availability and cannot be exchange for cash or
used in conjunction or combined with other promotional programs, coupons and offers.
20. This ticket is valid till 31 July 2014, while stock last, unless otherwise stated. Maybank has the right to change the
terms and conditions within 21 days’ notice via website or other medium that is deem reasonable
General Terms and Conditions
21. By participating with this Promotion, the Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the
decisions of the organizers and judges.
22. By participating with this promotion, cardholder is agree to access Maybank website at www.maybank2u.com.my
on regular basis to view the terms and conditions and to ensure that they are kept-up-to-date with any changes or
variations made to the terms and conditions.
23. The records of transactions maintained by Maybank and the final list of the Winners selected shall be deem final
and conclusive.
24. Maybank reserves the rights to select additional Winner(s) to substitute any Winner(s) who may be ineligible or
disqualified for any other reason whatsoever throughout the Promotion Period.
25. Maybank’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be deem final, conclusive and binding and shall
not be obliged to give any reasons or enter into any correspondence with any person(s) on any matter concerning
this Promotion.
26. Maybank reserves the right to publish and display the names, photograph and/or audio video of the Winners in
any mass media or marketing materials for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation and with
consent from the Winners.
27. The Winners shall not be entitled to any cash compensation, benefits or substitution in any form whatsoever in
lieu of the Prizes.
28. Maybank reserves the right to forfeit the Prizes awarded if the Winners do not comply with any of the terms and
conditions herein.
29. Maybank reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate this Promotion earlier in whole or
in part, or to vary, delete or add any of the terms and conditions herein at any time by giving 21 days prior notice
provided via maybank2u.com or any other channel(s) that Maybank may deem as suitable.
30. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and eligible Cardholders shall be deemed to
have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts.
