Mills County 4-H Club Silver Creek Go- Getters
The regular meeting of the Silver Creek Go-Getters was called to order on January, 8 2012 at
the Malvern Fire Station by President Jessika Lynn. Roll call was “My New Year’s Resolution” by
16 members. Also four leaders and 11 guests were present. The secretary’s and treasurers
report were read and approved. New business: ISU Basketball Jan 14 teen club Jab 15 shooting
sport Jan 22 , Attend This ! Jan, 29 , Senior 4Hers- February 1, deadline for applications for State
Recognition Awards, 4H Night at Lancers-February 18, and FSQA Testing-9-12-Febuary 20.
Announcements were read by Kathy Pearce. A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by
Wyatt Cheney. Presentations were given by Taylor Pearce on Friendship Bracelets, Dawson
Pearce on Mayan Club and by Hunter Wray on Egg Expiration. Refreshments were served by the
Wray and Pearce families. The next meeting of the Silver Creek Go- Getters will be held February
12, 2012 at not sure where it will be held yet to be announced.
