Day One.
Welcome to Port Douglas! Check into your boutique hideaway resort just outside the village of Port Douglas after a
stunning, one hour drive from Cairns Airport along one of the most picturesque coastal roads on earth. Each of your
delegates will be delighted with their private bungalow.
Tonight’s cocktail party is held on property in traditional Queensland style enjoying the warm climate and fresh, local
produce including a delectable range of seafood delights.
Day Two.
Enjoy a seamless full day conferencing in one of the resorts delightful, natural conference spaces accompanied by a
delicious morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
This evening the group comes together to enjoy a dine around of some of Port Douglas’ award winning restaurants.
Relax afterwards in one of the local, quintessential pubs — a unique experience for any delegate!
Day Three.
Keep working your delegates today or enjoy a day of leisure! Choose from a full day exploring the magic of the
Great Barrier Reef, or a WILD experience, learning about the unique wildlife found in the tropics.
Tonight the dancing shoes come out! Enjoy a spectacular off site experience overlooking the ocean on the
boardwalk of the historic Sugar Wharf. The cool sounds of Jazz float over the stunning tables overflowing with exotic
produce. Dance the night away under the stars in the balmy breeze and watch the explosion of colour and light
farewelling you from the region.
4 Days to Work & Play…
Day One.
Arrive in luxury on board a modern coach, and check into your integrated resort, just in time for a
half day activity before getting down to business. Give your delegates the choice of two of Port
Douglas’ spectacular golf courses or a relaxing spa treatment, before getting ready for a
welcome to remember.
Bring your delegates together by the spectacular lagoon pool, highlighted by colourful banners
and the funky sounds of local musicians. Feast on the seafood barbecue and sip the delights of a
Dragonfruit Capriosca!
Day Two.
Full day conferencing in one of the resorts modern conference venues, with enough space to
ensure your trade partners can exhibit in comfort. Where else can you take a break by the pool
bathed in sunlight? Lunch is alfresco, fresh and fabulous!
Tonight your group will enjoy Port Douglas from the water. Boarding the graceful sailing
catamaran, guests will enjoy a glass of sparkling wine whilst gliding over the ocean as the sun sets
before them over the spectacular blue of the Coral Sea.

Day Three.
A full day to work or a full day to explore … the choice is yours! Journey out to the Great Barrier
Reef on board a luxury wavepiercer to enjoy snorkelling, diving and a magnificent seafood buffet
lunch. Learn about this unique eco system, before enjoying an ale on your return to Port Douglas.
Don’t relax too quickly though … come together for dinner and drinks … Arabian nights? James
Bond? Retro? Moulin Rouge? What do your guests love? The options are endless …
Day Four.
Today is all about the rainforest. Treat your top delegates to a sensational helicopter flight over
this World Heritage listed natural wonder. Touchdown at a waterfall before reuniting with the
group to enjoy a private lunch overlooking a tranquil lagoon, or surrounded by colourful
Australian native birds.
Tonight’s gala dinner is top secret … guests will be inspired to find a magnificent, black silk lined
marquee highlighted by crystal and budlight chandeliers in seemingly the middle of nowhere …
Swathes of red velvet golden flames flicker in the darkness. And the entertainment? Who knows
what they will find at the end of the flame lit trail?
