Our feeding device has been fully in house tested and has been proven to be efficient with slow or high speed looms without any modification to the loom. The OFS Creel system is suitable for use with gripper shuttle, projectile or rapier gripper system looms. With one unit per loom you can expect to weave flat yarn without adding twist, up to over 100 picks per minute. Our unique approach based on dynamic unwinding speed of yarn, relieves the operator from complex mechanical adjustments and parameters setting to match the OFS Creel with loom size, speed and length. Setup time for flat yar n weaving achieved in minutes. Quick threading within few seconds made easy in 4 steps only Press the auto-threading cycle button (up motion) Push the yarn hook through the accumulator. Pull the yarn using the hook. Press again the auto-threading cycle button (down motion). 5 seconds later you are ready to weave. Our easy to use operator interface allows the operator to experiment various unwinding cycle without the need to perform any mechanical modification. Our design does increase reliability and reduce mechanical maintenance to a minimum level.
