RGI is proud to contribute to the success of this
new technology by bringing on the market it's brand new
flat weft feeding device the OFS CREEL.
Our feeding device has been fully in house tested
and has been proven to be efficient with slow or high
speed looms without any modification to the loom.
The OFS Creel system is suitable for use with gripper shuttle, projectile or rapier
gripper system looms.
With one unit per loom you can expect to weave flat yarn without adding twist,
up to over 100 picks per minute.
Our unique approach based on dynamic unwinding speed of yarn, relieves the
operator from complex mechanical adjustments and parameters setting to match the
OFS Creel with loom size, speed and length.
Setup time for flat yar n weaving achieved in minutes.

Press the auto-threading
cycle button (up motion)
Push the yarn hook
through the accumulator.
Pull the yarn
using the hook.
Press again the auto-threading
cycle button (down motion).

mechanical modification.

● Works with 5 kg, 10 kg or 15 kg bobbins.
● Maximum linear speed of thread = 25m/sec
(as an exemple: a 6 to 8 meters width loom weaving at
42 picks/min., requires linear speed to be maximum 6 m/sec.)
● Length of thread in the accumulator = 15 m.
● Maintenance is reduce to a minimum.
