For the first 2 matches of pool play, warm-ups will be 2 minutes of shared court time, followed by 4 min of hitting for the serving
team and 4 min of hitting for the receiving team. All other warmups will be 1-3-3 (1 minute shared, 3 minutes serving team,
3 minutes receiving team). Serving is to be completed during each team’s court time. THERE IS NO SHARED SERVING.
Reffing teams: Please help keep us on schedule by calling captains immediately after the last post game hand shake.
Pool play will be ONLY 2 sets, to 25 points, starting at 7. NO Third set.

Tournament will begin 20 minutes following the last pool play match, or 11:30, whichever comes first.
All tournament bracket matches will be best 2 out of 3 sets to 25 points, starting at 7. Third set 0-15, if necessary.
INDIVIDUAL PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED TO FIRST PLACE TEAM IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT.
Balls and Carts will be provided. Please leave yours in the car or at home.
Chairs are also provided, therefore bag chairs are not allowed. Please leave them in the car or at home. You are all AWESOME!
Thank you in advance for your cooperation! If your daughter is not playing, feel free to relax in the restaurant to allow chairs to
be used by fans of the teams currently playing.
Outside food and coolers are not allowed. Spikes Beach Bar & Grill is offering a “Speed Menu” for items that can be ready in 10
minutes or less. It is a restaurant, so please look ahead to your reffing or OFF assignment and plan to eat then.
In order to keep the facility warm and dry, please enter and exit only through the restaurant.
All teams are asked to place all bags in the “TEAM AREA” between courts 2 and 3, on shelves and on and under the picnic
tables. All seating is for spectator use only. Please help clean up your team area at the end of the day.
