There is every indication that the American people are alarmed by the wholesale
destruction of our Constitutional Republic they see taking place right now by President Obama
and this Congress. But is it really possible to Impeach Barack Hussein Obama?

As part of their oath of office, all Presidents “solemnly swear” to “preserve, protect and

Barack Obama, in an interview on September 6, 2001, was asked about his thoughts on the
Constitution and said this:
The key phrase here is “high crimes and misdemeanors.” This is a principle in English
Common Law that essentially means bad behavior, or behavior that brings dishonor to the office.
“But I think (the Constitution) is an imperfect document, and I think it is a
document that reflects some deep flaws in American culture, the Colonial culture
ascent at that time…and in that sense, I think we can say that the Constitution
reflected an enormous blind spot in this culture that carries on until
this day, and that the Framers had the same blind spot.”
Former President Gerald Ford said an impeachable offense is “whatever a majority of
the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history.” Founding Fathers James Madison and George Mason wanted the phrase “high crimes
and misdemeanors” included in the list of impeachable offenses in our Constitution because
they worried that other “great and dangerous offenses” would not be covered by treason and
bribery alone. They wanted to include other offenses that might threaten our Republic.
On February 9, 2009, President Obama’s former Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel made
this statement:
We should demand an Official Impeachment Inquiry as a top priority in Congress.
We must begin our campaign to educate voters and mobilize public support for an Official
Impeachment Inquiry now, before he does any more damage to our country.
“You never want to let a serious crisis go to waste. What I
mean by that is it’s an opportunity to do things you couldn’t
do before.”
Politicians are not likely to act on a matter this important unless they see overwhelming
public demand for action.
Now we know what Rahm Emanuel meant by that statement. He meant that the Obama
Administration planned to use the economic recession to permanently and fundamentally
transform America into another failed Socialist state. America would now become a country
ruled by the heavy-hand of government, and would bear no resemblance to the strictly limited
government outlined in the Constitution of the United States.
That’s why we must begin the voter education and mobilization process now concerning
the immediate need for an Official Impeachment Inquiry into the conduct of President Barack
Hussein Obama’s Unconstitutional Acts.

destroying our Constitutional Republic. Under the guise of health care reform, he is now
building a vast administrative apparatus designed to “control the people” (in the words of

If there is any doubt in your mind about how ObamaCare will ultimately destroy freedom
in America if it is not defunded and dismantled, here is what liberal Congressman John Dingell
(D-MI) said, explaining why it will take until 2014 to fully phase in ObamaCare:
“It takes a long time to do the necessary administrative
steps that have to be taken to put the legislation together to
control the people.”
A Free Press is the foundation of representative government. Yet Obama’s Justice
Department used its power to seize the personal phone records of Associated Press editors and
journalists. This far-reaching, 2 month secret seizure of a major news outlets records sets a very
dangerous precedent. If this goes unchallenged, there is no reason they can’t do it again to any
one and at any time and for any reason.
In 2010, a leaked internal memo from a division of Obama’s Department of Homeland
Security (DHS) entitled “Administrative Alternative to Comprehensive Immigration Reform”
outlined a way to bypass Congress on this issue. It said “this could be a “non-legislative
version of amnesty.” Clearly, this was meant to appease the huge Hispanic voting bloc that
would be pivotal in his 2012 re-election.
When the Congress refused to pass the Dream Act, the Obama White House and DHS
decided to implement a policy of granting illegal aliens stays of refusal, which is essentially
amnesty by fiat. The Obama policy even gives local immigration officials the authority to
dismiss deportation cases against illegal alien criminals convicted of violent crimes.

the health insurance they provide employees, even if it goes against their religious or
moral objections.
Additionally, the Supreme Court found the Medicaid expansion to be a violation of

Using the IRS as a Political Weapon
The IRS has targeted and harassed conservative groups who are Obama’s political
enemies -- including during the 2012 election year. Section 1, Article 2 of the Impeachment

cause in violation of the constitutional rights of citizens, income tax audits or other income
tax investigations to be initiated in a discriminatory manner.”

Refusing to Enforce the Law on Labor Union Accountability
Labor unions in America receive special favored treatment under the law. You can’t work
in some industries in some states without being a member of a labor union, which requires
members to pay dues to the labor union. In return for this special favored status in American
law, labor unions are supposed to itemize and report their expenses.
Under the law, labor unions are required to report how much labor union bosses and
employees are being paid, the value of benefits they receive, the names of who is buying and
selling union assets. Union leaders and employees are required to provide itemized receipts for
union expenses. Labor unions are also supposed to disclose possible conflicts of interest -- such
as if the union is receiving payments from an employer of members of the union.
But the Obama Administration has openly announced it will no longer enforce these
disclosure requirements.
Unconstitutionally Levying Taxes on the Public
Under our Constitution, taxes may only be levied on the American people with the approval
of our representatives in Congress. When Barack Obama could not get Congress to pass “Cap
and Trade”, his EPA started auctioning greenhouse gas allowances -- basically imposing a tax on
emissions. He bypassed the legislative process required under our Constitution.
