Pie in a Jar
(Preparation for all Country Living County Pie in a Jar products except Classic Pumkin,
Key Lime Pie, Lemon Pie, and Raspberry Cream)
In bowl, add contents of jar with 3 eggs (beaten) and 2 tbsp of
melted butter. Pour into deep dish 9” shell and bake 90 minutes
at 300°F.
Classic Pumpkin Pie in Jar:
In bowl, add contents of jar with 3 large eggs (beaten) and 1 cup of
milk. Pour into deep dish 9” shell and bake 90 minutes at 300°F.
Key Lime, Lemon, & Raspberry Cream Pie in a Jar:
In bowl, add contents of jar with 12 oz of whipped cream cheese.
Gently fold together and pour into a 9” graham cracker crust.
Refrigerated for at least one hour before serving.
