Feedback and Right of Redress by the Beneficiaries
of the Erasmus+ Programme
1. Feedback
In an effort of continuous quality enhancement of the services provided, the Foundation
for the Management of European Lifelong Learning Programmes, invites the
beneficiaries to provide feedback to the Foundation regarding their cooperation with it.
For the purposes of providing feedback, beneficiaries have to fill in the “Customer
Satisfaction Questionnaire” which can be found here.
In case beneficiaries need to file a complaint about a given matter which is not covered
by the afore-mentioned questionnaire, they may do so in writing, by submitting a letter
of complaint to the address: P.O. Box 25484, 1310 Nicosia or via email to:
[email protected], giving details and attaching any relevant evidence.
The Foundation shall examine all complaints, following the foreseen internal procedure
and shall reply to the complainer in writing within a month from the date of receipt of
the letter of complaint.
2. Right of redress
In the event of non-satisfaction with the decisions made by the Foundation for the
Management of European Lifelong Learning Programmes, either during the approval
process or during the evaluation process of final or interim reports, beneficiaries have
the right of redress. The appeal or request of information has to be submitted in writing
and addressed to the coordinator of the Programme. It can be sent either by post to
P. O. Box 25484, 1310 Nicosia, or via email to [email protected]. It has to be noted that as
far as the approval process is concerned, appeals cannot be related to the qualitative
assessment of application.
The appeal or request of information has to be received by the Foundation within ten
days from the date of notification of results if it is related with the approval process of
applications and within a month if it is related with the evaluation of reports. The letter
has to be accompanied with any relevant supporting documents for the appeal. The
Foundation shall examine all appeals, following the foreseen internal procedure and
shall reply to the appealer in writing within a month from the date of receipt of the
letter of appeal.
