Water hydrates your body and keeps it functioning properly. Headaches? Thirsty? Hungry? • • By the time you feel thirsty, your body is already dehydrated. Drink water throughout the day to quench your thirst. Many people and students suffer from mid-‐afternoon headaches. A headache can be a sign of dehydration.
