<Process>
1. Take all thread and felt out from thread stand.

2. Take thread stand pin and wave washer out.
* (for needle no. 1, 3 , 5, 8, 10, 12 only)

1. Push thread stand pin down.
2. Turn 90 degrees.
3. Then take pin out.

Please keep wave washer which is
located between thread stand pin and
thread stand.

3. Set Felt and Plastic spring on Thread stand ass’y.

Adjust position of plastic spring
according to type of thread cone.
4. Insert Fixing pin ass’y into Thread stand ass’y.
5. Set Thread Plate on Thread Stand ass’y.

Fix Thread Stand ass’y by Fixing pin ass’y.

Set Felt and Plastic Spring to Thread stand Pin.

When you insert Plastic
Spring into Thread stand
Pin, please push down
with turning Plastic spring.

8. Set Thread Guide ass’y on Thread Guide Bracket.

9. Set Thread Guide ass’y 28mm from edge of Thread Guide

10. Fix Thread Guide ass’y by Knob Screw.
