We introduce the new range of 6M Bahco spanners,
with an innovative patented design.
Bahco proudly presents the new Cold Forging concept, remaining at the forefront of technology and
development tools.
Production processes as well as materials changes
were developed. The new characteristics of our spanners will offer longer tool lifespan, use comfort and
the highest performance that will rapidly be notice by
the end-users.

THE BENEFITS OF THE NEW MATERIAL
Some changes were introduced in the composition of materials during the development process of the new technology, assuring a better performance
compared with those materials normally used in the manufacturing of this type of tools.
Increased resistance at both open-ends: 150% according ISO 1711-1 (within ISO 691 spanner’s open-ends tolerance).
Thanks to the new selected
alloys, with Manganese and
Boron, we can guarantee
major resistance to both end
fittings without permanent deformations (Mn) and increased
hardening without implying
material fragility (B).
