For GCSE Mathematics you
will need a Casio scientific
calculator and one of two
models will need to be
purchased.
One is the Casio fx-85GT
and the other Casio fx-83GT.
They are identical in
performance and the only
difference is that the
fx-85GT is backed up by
solar power and costs
slightly more but then you
will never need to buy
batteries so the choice is
yours.
The reason for letting you
know now is that they are
both on a half price offer at
Tesco, that’s the good news
but the bad news is that the
OFFERS CLOSE ON 4th
September.
There may obviously be
cheaper offers but this is a
very competitive price
having studied the price of
these calculators over the
last five years.
