(2) The Director of Employment Standards of the Province of
Newfoundland and Labrador is designated as the authority within that
province for the purposes of clause 42(1)(b) of the Employment
Standards Act.

2. This Order comes into force on April 26, 2003.
EXPLANATORY NOTES
The order adds Newfoundland and Labrador as a reciprocating province
for the purpose of enforcement orders made under the Employment
Standards Act of that province.
