We understand what a special occasion this is for you and are committed to making this a memorable event for you and yours. Our
team of experienced service professionals is ready to arrange every aspect for you to ensure a well-planned and successful event. To
ensure a well-planned and successful event, we have developed the following policies regarding our catering procedures for your
review.
Room Minimums
Our food and beverage minimum for the atrium or the back patio is $750.00 Sunday through Thursday and $1500.00 Friday and
Saturday. The minimum for the atrium and back patio combined is $900.00 Sunday through Thursday and $1800.00 Friday and
Saturday.
Event Policies
To ensure a well-planned and successful event, we have developed the following policies regarding our catering procedures for your
review.
1. All federal, state and local laws with regard to food and beverage purchases and consumption are strictly adhered to. Hector’s
reserves the right to inspect and regulate all private meetings, banquets, and receptions in accordance with established laws.
2. All food and beverage must be provided by Hector’s.
3. A deposit of the estimated cost shall be paid to Hector’s at the time of signing the Contract. We ask that eighty percent (80%) of
your estimated bill be received seven (7) working days prior to the function date. The entire balance of your event (additional
guests/billing) must be paid in full at the conclusion of your event.
4. An Twenty (20%) service charge and nine and a half percent (9.5%) sales tax, or current tax rate, applies to food and beverage
orders.
5. As stated above confirmation of the number of guests to any food and/or beverage function must be submitted seventy-two (72)
hours in advance to Hector’s. All charges will be based on the guarantee, or the actual guest served, whichever is greater. If a
guarantee is not submitted, as required, the original attendee figure will be considered the guarantee.
6. All prices are subject to change due to market fluctuations, unless such prices are confirmed in writing. Confirmed prices will be
quoted no more than ninety (90) days prior to the scheduled functions.
7. Liquor Service- All bars will be subject to federal, state, and local laws. Hosted bar charges incurred in relation to bar sales
will be the responsibility of the group or individual hosting the event. If the Bar is not hosted, there will be a $75 charge for a
bartender.
8. Loss or damage to a group’s display, decoration or other property brought into Hector’s will be the sole responsibility of the
group. Hector’s will assume no responsibility. The group is responsible for the conduct of all persons in attendance and for
any damages incurred upon Hector’s or its guests by individuals associated with or representing the group’s organization.
Please Note
All food must be prepared by Hector’s (except wedding cake) and consumed on the premises. In accordance with State and Public
Health laws and Hector’s policy, this prohibits us from allowing food to leave the club. Hector’s is not responsible for lost or stolen
articles. Any damages to Hector’s property will be charged accordingly. All prices are subject to change without notice.
The aforementioned policies explain the basic guidelines for Hector’s and will assist you in the planning stages of your event. Specific details pertaining to menu selections, room & table arrangements, entertainment and other matters will be discussed and established prior to the event. Every effort will be made by the management of Hector’s to ensure a successful event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be submitted in writing no later than 90 days prior to the scheduled event. Events canceled less than 90 days
from the scheduled date will forfeit the aforementioned deposit.
