Additional $49/person (MINIMUM 30ppl) - if group opts to arrive on Friday evening - includes:
Friday night snack, shared dorm accommodation and a continental breakfast (private room access $10/per person)
Minimum Group Size: 50 people
Maximum Group Size: 110 people
Facilities Access: 8:30am on day of wedding
Required Group Departure: 12:30pm (after brunch, following day)
Included in Overnight Wedding:
• Three meals - Lunch, Reception Dinner, and Brunch ($109/person)
• Use of gymnasium for reception dinner and festivities, dining hall (seats 110ppl), lodge
lounges (lodges opened for overnight guests), amphitheater, covered picnic area (seats
40ppl), and sporting field
• 25 6ft tables (seat 6, 3/side) – for use in gymnasium for reception dinner (other meals will be
seated in the dining hall)
• Padded folding chairs (chair covers not included) – for # of onsite guests
• Paper napkins – for # of onsite guests
• Basic dinnerware for all guests – defined as:
o 1 Water Glass
o 1 Dinner Plate 10" (White)
o 1 Dessert Plate 7" (White)
o 1 Coffee Mug
o 1 Set of Cutlery (Dinner Fork, Dinner Knife, Salad/Dessert Fork)
• Power cords / Extension Cords for sign-out
• 4 staff available for 4 hours during reception only
• 1 staff member available for 8 hours to assist with preparations

• Candles (note: Zajac Ranch has a NO CANDLE policy – candles are not allowed to be used)
• Sound System / Microphones / Microphone Stands
• Projector / Projector Screen
• Table Linens – can be rented at an additional cost
• Wine, hi-ball, and pint glasses – can be rented at an additional cost
Activities, and/or, the rental of our pool/hot tub facility, if required, would be an additional cost.

No outside food is permitted onsite / Zajac Ranch is a nut free facility
Regarding Liquor Service:
• Groups must provide a BC Liquor Store Special Occasion License, to be sent the day before
your event, and will be responsible for handling all aspects of bar service.
• Zajac Ranch can provide wine glasses and hi-ball glasses at an additional charge
Payment Requirements:
• $2000 Deposit due on signing of contract
o non-refundable until arrival at ranch then will serve as damage deposit
• 50% Payment 60 days prior to event
• 50% Payment 30 days prior to event
• Final group numbers & menu choices due 30 days in advance
• Groups smaller than the required minimum group size will be billed the appropriate base
rate.
