What Is On Your Bucket List?
What is a bucket list? It’s a number of experiences or
achievements that a person hopes to have or accomplish
during their lifetime. Do you have one? Is there something
new you would like to learn or try? Roxy and Dawn in the
activity department is looking to help fulfill your bucket list.
Would you like to join a Glee Club, learn a language, or even
practice photography? Let Roxy or Dawn know, and they

Every Saturday at 6pm we show a movie on the 3rd
FL. We usually follow a certain theme for a month,
so because it’s July and Independence Day is the
4th, we will be showing patriotic movies this month.
If there are specific movies you would like to see,
please let us know so we can accommodate your

Food Corner
Yogurt Parfaits are a delicious
way to get more protein in your
diet. They are simple to make
and good for you as well. A
yogurt parfait is served in a tall
glass with layers of several
different ingredients, but the basis
of the parfait is yogurt, fruit, and
granola. There is no measuring,
blending, or cooking needed to
make this tasty yet nutritional
breakfast meal or snack. A parfait
is made with a layer of yogurt,
then, fruit, granola, and yogurt.
Continue layering until the desired
amount of the parfait is done.
When choosing ingredients for
your parfait, it is imperative to
purchase a low fat yogurt along
with a granola that is loaded in
fiber but low in fat and sugar.

desk if you need to be seen.
Tuesdays and Fridays-Dr. Appointments. Sign up for transportation at the
front desk with your name, appointment time, doctor’s name, address, and location.
