PIOTR BIENKOWSKI
CEO OF BNP PARIBAS REAL ESTATE GERMANY
Piotr Bienkowski joined what was then Müller International (today: BNP
Paribas Real Estate Germany) in 1990 and completed a traineeship as a
Real Estate Management specialist. After holding several posts in the
Frankfurt Office Lending department, he took over coordination in the
international networks Oncor and Colliers.
In 1997, he was appointed Regional Director of the Frankfurt office and
thus assumed responsibility for the business lines Office Letting, Industrial
and Retail Services. In 2000, he was appointed a Member of the
Management Board and in this function was also responsible for the Office
Letting departments of the eight German branch offices. In 2003, Piotr
Bienkowski was appointed Managing Director of BNP Paribas Real Estate
Germany. In 2007, he joined the International Board of BNP Paribas Real
Estate.
Since January 2012, he has been Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas
Real Estate Germany and a Member of BNP Paribas Real Estate’s
International Executive Committee. Alongside his function as CEO, Piotr
Bienkowski continues to be operationally active. In 2015 alone, the
company’s 80-member investment team, long a market leader, concluded
close to 1,000 deals with an aggregate volume of around €7 billion in the
segments Office, Retail, Hotel, Logistics and Residential.

DAVID HENSLEY
MANAGING DIRECTOR AND GLOBAL ECONOMICS COORDINATOR
OF JP MORGAN
David Hensley is Managing Director and Global Economics Coordinator in
the Economic Research Department at JP Morgan. He is responsible for
global business cycle and policy analysis and is co-manager of JP
Morgan’s economic weekly, Global Data Watch. Mr. Hensley also authors
JP Morgan’s Daily Economic Briefing and monthly Global PMI reports.
Prior to joining JP Morgan in 2001, Mr. Hensley was Managing Director at
hedge fund Tiger Management, LLC (1999-01) and Senior US Economist at
Salomon Brothers (1993-98). Mr. Hensley has a Ph.D. in Economics from
the University of California, Los Angeles.
