1. Exchange of views and final opinion on draft proposal for MRLs for prohibited
substances (SANCO/10694/2002 rev 6)
Unanimous favourable opinion: 87 votes in favour
10 working days were given for linguistic revision.
N.B.: The measure on which the Committee has given its opinion has been notified to
the Community’s trading partners in the WTO
2. Exchange of views and final opinion on draft proposal for MRLs for bromopropylate
(SANCO/ Sanco/ 10062/2004 rev 2)
Unanimous favourable opinion: 87 votes in favour
10 working days were given for linguistic revision
N.B.: The Community’s trading partners in the WTO, were notified about lower MRLs
for bromopropylate in 2002
3. Exchange of views and indicative opinion on the values of the MRLs for individual
changes of: bifenthrin and famoxadone (Annex to document Sanco/ 10120/2004 rev 2)
Unanimous favourable opinion.
N.B.: The measure on which the Committee has given its opinion will be notified to the
Community’s trading partners in the WTO
