Tucson Airport Transportation Information
The Hilton El Conquistador Golf and Tennis Resort is located on the northwest side of Tucson, 22 miles
from the Tucson International Airport, approximately 45 minutes away. Transportation options from
the Tucson airport to the Hilton El Conquistador Resort are:
car rentals
cab service: approximately $65.00 excluding driver gratuity
shuttle service provided by Arizona Stagecoach: similar to Super Shuttle, a multi-stop shuttle
where the Hilton El Conquistador Resort is the last stop on the way from the airport and the
first stop on the way to the airport. Currently their cost is approximately $48.00 per person
each way excluding driver gratuity.
In addition to the above options, the Hilton El Conquistador Resort will provide transfer service to/from
the airport specifically for the EAGLE User Conference. Cost for the transfer service is $45.00 + $6.77 tax
= $51.77 per person each way if 2 or less people per vehicle; and $20.00 + $3.01 tax = $23.01 per person
each way if 3 or more people per vehicle. This does not include driver gratuity.
Charges for transportation provided by Hilton can be charged to your guestroom or to a credit card. The
hotel accepts American Express, Diners Club, Visa, Master Card and Discover cards.
If you wish to take advantage of the Hilton transportation option, the EAGLE Transportation Request
Form needs to be completed and emailed to the resort 5 days prior to your arrival.
Please note: the Hilton El Conquistador Resort transfer service needs to be arranged in advance.
Drivers and vehicles are scheduled based on guest arrival/departure information and are not available
on-call at the airport.
