Writing: Solid paragraph that meets the following:

For PARENTS in the KNOW..

Don't miss Deck the Halls with Della on December 1st
from 5pm-8pm at The Powerhouse! The event is open to
the entire community. We will have crafts, treats, and
Santa is making an appearance as well. Food is being
provided by Yoknapa Taco. Each class has painted their
very own 4ft canvas representing their Oxford Community.
The canvas paintings are GORGEOUS!!! Each canvas will be
auctioned off to raise money for the teacher’s lounge at
Della. There will also be prints to purchase as well. Make
plans to be there. You don’t want to miss this!!
•The Oxford School District Reading Fair Competition will
be held in the Della Davidson Library on January 12th.
On-line registration is November 16-January 1st! Look for
more information inside of yellow folders this week! •All students that meet their AR goals for the 2nd nine
weeks will be going bowling! AR ends on 12/18/15. The
bowling date will be determined at a later date.

REMINDERS.
•The love pack food for the month of December is
pop-top chicken noodle soup.
•Please ensure that you are viewing the contents
sent home in yellow folders weekly.
•It is IMPERATIVE that you view all homework
assignments nightly. All assignments will assist
your child with classwork the next day.
✦ Please ensure that your child is reading for at
least 20-30 minutes nightly!
