Please note:
1. You will need to be scored for Flexi products.
2. You can choose to be billed on the 20th, 25th or the 1st of the next month and allocation of inclusive bundles takes place on the 1st of the next month. For example, for the month of April, a customer is billed on the 25th of March and receives their Voice, Data and SMS on the 1st of April.
3. As a Flexi customer you are billed for your usage in arrears (that is, you use first and pay later).
4. If your SIM was activated during the middle of the month, you will be allocated pro-rata Voice, Data and SMS and you will be charged on your selected debit order date for your pro-rata cost.
5. Connect Flexi Contracts – go to www.fnb.co.za (Online Banking) to take up this product.

• last day of the month
(In the event of a debit order failing, debit order dates may be adjusted)
The following for the first debit order for Top Up packages:
• If your SIM is activated before the 15th of the month, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for that month
• If your SIM is activated after the 15th of the month, you will be charged in arrears on the pre-selected debit order date
(You will be charged for the next month as well as the month you activated your SIM)
