Hillingdon Sports & Leisure Complex
Bookings
Classes are bookable up to six
days in advance for members
and five days for non members.
Full payment is required at point
of booking and this payment is
non-refundable. To access a class
all customers must have a valid
class ticket available from reception.
You must collect your ticket at
least five minutes before the
start of the class or your place
will be reallocated.
All classes are designed for all
abilities and allow you to excercise
at your own pace. Customers are
reminded that they will not be able
to join the class after 10 minutes
past the start time due to essential
parts of the class, health screening
and warm up by the instructor
being missed.
Any class booking made in
which the member can no longer
attend must be cancelled 24hrs in
advance otherwise a ‘No Show’
fee will be charged to the
members account.

Designed to push you to the limit. Improves endurance and burns fat fast.
Suitable for all levels.
This class is done from a bike, and works to tone legs, butt and thighs, whilst
burning the most calories possible.
BoxerFit
This class utilises boxing training techniques. Learn all the moves and
combinations set to uplifting music.
Dance Aerobic
Working mainly with tums and bums, dance aerobics really focuses on
tightening those hard-to hit areas, abdominals, glutes and hamstrings.
Fitball & Core
Core stability class using the fitball. Perfect to improve balance, core strength
and suppleness.
Pilates
Developed to offer a conditioning and toning technique that targets the deep
muscles, supporting the spine and major joints. Please see timetable for
ability levels.
Yoga
Open classes for all levels, balancing exercise in the postures with periods of
stillness and relaxation. The breath together with awareness of the body are
emphasised, creating deep release which cultivates flexibility, strength, stability
and relaxation.
Legs Bums and Tums
Legs, Bums and Tums class-Specifically designed to target the abdominals,
hips, butt, legs and thighs.
50+ Aerobics
Fun routines to music to help improve the heart and lungs, muscle strength,
balance and co ordination.

YAH Aqua
Exercising to music in waist deep water. Aqua aerobics improves the fitness of
your heart and lungs, tones the body and burns up calories.
The support of the water during exercise greatly reduces stress on joints such
as knees and ankles. This makes aqua aerobics an ideal activity for people
recovering from injury, people with conditions such a back pain or arthritis,
older people, those carrying excess weight and pregnant women.
