Memorial Tournament Will Call Service The Bogey Bar & Grill Will Call Service will handle the exchange of your badges for the entire Tournament week with EXTENDED hours. This service is offered as the most convenient and efficient way for your guests to enjoy the entire Tournament Experience. We want your guests to be able to enjoy those after Tournament events with a return deadline of 12am midnight! We offer our services for a minimum fee based upon the total number of Tournament passes. The minimum fee for our service is: 1-­‐ 6 badges $70 7-­‐ 20 badges $115 21-­‐ 30 badges $175 31-­‐ 40 badges $245 41-­‐ 50 badges $315 51-­‐ 70 badges $375 71-­‐ 90 badges $475 91-­‐ 125 badges $575 125+ badges $675 Step 1: Complete the Will Call Enrollment form Step 2: Complete the provided Daily Guest List for each day of the Tournament with the names/company of each guest who will be using your badges. Step 3: Drop off enrollment form, daily guest list, badges and payment to The Bogey Bar & Grill the week prior to or during Tournament week. Please help us make the most effective will call process: • Please email any changes to your Daily Guest list to [email protected] • Please list multiple contact persons and phone numbers to reach them at. Please remember that cell phones are not permitted on the course, and we will NOT hand out any badges to guests that are not on the list. All changes to guest lists must come from the authorized guest or you as a company host. • Please include your company’s name and phone number on the back of each badge. A pre-­‐printed label or permanent marker is highly recommended. • Upon receiving passes daily, guests will be required to provide a photo I.D., sign out that they’ve indeed received their badges with the date and time. We will also have them sign the badge back in when they drop it off that evening. Can we pay by credit card or check? Yes, we accept all forms of payment. Cash, Check, Credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. How do we get our badges to you? We ask that you bring your badges in person to The Bogey Bar & Grill the week prior to or week of Tournament. If you need to make special arrangements please email [email protected]. •
Is there a deadline to enrolling in The Bogey Bar & Grill will call? No, You may enroll prior to and during Tournament week. •
What happens if our guests do not return their badges? The Bogey Bar & Grill has the most aggressive hours of operation for Will Call badge distribution and drop off. We will be open as late as 12am midnight Wednesday – Saturday nights to ensure your guests can return their badges even after enjoying the Post Tournament festivities. The Bogey Bar & Grill will check photo ID of the guests picking up the badges to be sure they correlate with your guest list. We will have your guest sign out the number of badges with the date & time of pick up & return. The Bogey Bar & Grill will NOT be responsible for the badge, or it’s return. We will not be held liable for unreturned, lost, stolen or unavailable badges.
