In its first full year in operation, the Healthcare Trust has accomplished the following: • • • • • • • • • Established a shared governance and management structure for carrying out the work of the Trust Entered into a purchasing agreement with Garnet Valley School District. Appointed auditors to perform year-end Trust audit for a three-year term. Extended the Stop/Loss coverage to include prescription drug claim costs. Approved renewal rate increases and set premium rates for 2014-15.
