I'he Commission began the editing phase of the content of this document. It is presumed the
editing rvill continue over a period of the next three months in ordet to eflsure the finalised
vctsion is il a fotmat rvhich rvill be useful to a rvide numbet of persons.

Development of work plan fot Constitutional Review exercise
Thc Comrnission agreed correspondence to the Deputy Director of the Ovetseas Tcritoncs
l)ircctorate in order to gain a futher undetstanding ofvhat process would be tequired to make
anv amendments in the event the Revierv demonstrated a cleat need to addtess actual or
potentially sigmficant shortcomings in the ptovisions of the Constrtution as thev stand today and
what the Foteign and Commonvealth Office role rvould be in that tegard.
