Intel Capital portfolio company Parade Technologies goes public in Taiwan
TAIPEI, Taiwan, Sep. 13, 2011 – Parade Technologies Ltd., a fabless semiconductor company
located in San Jose, California, went public on the GreTai Securities Market on Tuesday,
becoming the second Intel Capital portfolio company to hold an initial public offering (IPO) in
Taiwan over the last two weeks, and the fourth Intel Capital portfolio company worldwide to
hold an IPO during 2011.

Intel Capital made its first investment in Parade Technology in 2007, followed by an additional
investment in 2009.

Parade Technologies is the second Intel Capital portfolio company to have a successful IPO in
Taiwan this year. The first, Gudeng Precision Co. Ltd., went public on the GreTai Securities
Market on August 31, 2011.
During the first six months of this year, Intel’s investment organization made 76 investments
totaling US$273 million. Since 1991, Intel Capital has invested more than US$10B in over 1,140
companies.
