varying heights on either side of partition, average
height shall considered. The rate to include Provision
of extra frame work as necessary for skirting and
making cutouts for electrical switch plates, switch
boxes, light fittings light etc. making provision for
laying conduit; as per drawings & directions of site
Eng. / Architect. All wood framework to be applied
with 2 coats of fire retardant paint and 1 coat of wood
preservative with anti termite. Skirting shall be of
12mm teak / cedar wood or metallic laminates.

Provioding and fixing of vertical louvers made of
washable woven fabric coated to give maximum
resistantce to surface abrasion and fading. The
mechanism is housed in head rail 25mm wide, 30mm
high extruded from aluminium and powder coated
section. The louvers are hung on superior quality
runners with attched stainless steel specers to obtain
overlapping of 15mm between the louvers. The tilting
operation is done by using by nylon cord. The louvers
are hung by nylon hangers stitched to the louvers and
carry a sheet weight at the bottom to keep the louvers
in position. The louvers are interconnected at the
bottom by using a fancy nylon link chain

Providing and fixing Gypboard suspension false
ceiling consisting of GI frame work as per
manufaturer's specifications and detailed drawings
with 12.5mm thick tapered gypboard screwed to the
ceiling frame work jointedand finished to a flush with
requisite jointing compound paper tapes and primer
suitable for gypboard including two or more coats of
synthetic enamel satin finish including provinding
