Corona Schools Trust Council, Nigeria
Corona Schools Trust Council is a not-for-profit organization incorporated in 1958 and

Higher Education Loans Board, Kenya
The Higher Education Loans Board is a quasi government agency charged with the
responsibility of providing loans, bursaries and scholarships to Kenyan students studying in
Kenyan public and private chartered institutions of higher education. The subject of
regulation of private education is important for the purpose of, not only ensuring quality
education, but also ensuring that consumers get value for their investment. I am the chief
executive officer of the higher education loans board since 2002 to the present. I consider
myself an expert in matters of financing of higher education with particular interest in

Al-Andulus Private Schools , Kosti City, White Nile State, Sudan
The Al-Andulus Private School of Kosti City was licensed in May 1996 as a private entity
under the provision of The Sudan Investment Act. Being a pioneer of its kind in the White
Nile area, the Al-Andulus project was given the care of the authorities of the Regional
Ministry of Education. Educational sput under the aegis of local authorities. The project
was received warmly by the local community. Basic education enrolment rose dramatically
from 169 in 1996 to nearly 1,000 in 2001, with the introduction of pre-school and secondary
levels enrolments reached 1,900 pupils in 2006 and 2,750 in 2007. It is important to note
here that girl's enrolment constitutes 50 percent of the student population. Likewise, the
number of teachers during the same period reached 160, in addition to 50 other supporting
personnel. The school’s administration is guided by a principal-partner who is fully
authorized for the day-to-day decision making.

The Centre for Economic and Social Studies (CESS) is India’s premier research institute for

RMIT International University is Vietnam’s first fully foreign-owned university. It delivers

Stevens Institute of Technology, USA
Stevens Instiute of Technology offers one of the most highly acclaimed programs of any
international graduate school in China. Honored by the Sloan Foundation and reported
widely in IEEE Spectrum and the Chronicle of Higher Education, among other publications, more
than 150 students are now enrolled or have earned their masters degrees from three
programs in Beijing at two prestigious universities—Beijing Institute of Technology and
Central University of Finance and Economics. Agreements have also been concluded with
two other top-ranked schools—Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Beijing University of
Posts and Telecommunications. In addition to its collaboration with several notable Chinese
schools of higher education, Stevens has also initiated a number of significant corporate
