A suit of medieval armour like this would have weighed about 25kg.
That’s about as heavy as an 8 year old child or a Collie dog.
King Richard’s armour at the Battle of Bosworth would have had
a crown on the helmet like this one.

Find the CARBON DATING display
Richard III’s bones were sent away to be carbon dated. This is a way of telling how old
something is. Seafood contains more carbon 14 than other food and Richard was rich enough
to afford to eat lots of seafood. Scientists had to take this into account in their results.
