(v3.0) Page 1 of 31 Online Banking Personal User’s Guide Account Overview Functions Account Overview Screen The Account Overview page displays a summary of accounts associated with your online profile after you log in. Accounts are categorized by account type (checking, savings, loan, time deposit, etc.) The Account Overview screen is accessed by clicking the Overview link below the ACCOUNTS heading in the left-side menu. From this screen, you can: • Initiate Quick Action transactions, • View which accounts have Pending Transactions, • View and access Secure Messages. Quick Action Transactions To initiate a Quick Action transaction, place your cursor over the lightning bolt ( after the Current Balance of the account on which you wish to transact. ) located Choose from the drop-down options: View History-Takes you to the history of that account. Account Details-Displays the details for that account. Pending Items-Displays the items that are pending for this account, if the account has pending items. Transfer From-Allows you to initiate a quick transfer from this account. Transfer To- Allows you to initiate a quick transfer to this account. Print-Print the history of this account. Continued on next page Rev. 01-23-2014 Personal User’s Guide (v3.0) Page 2 of 31 Online Banking Personal User’s Guide Account Overview Functions, Continued Pending Transactions If the account name is in bold and has an asterisk in front of it, this indicates that there is at least one pending transaction for this account. To view your pending transactions, double click on the name of the account to access the Account History screen. Your pending transactions will be displayed below the “Pending” heading in the account information area. For more information on the Account History function, see ACCOUNT HISTORY FUNCTIONS. Secure Mailbox There is a hyperlink at the top of the Account Overview page to indicate if you have unread secure messages. Clicking on the link will take you directly to your secure message mailbox. The Secure Mailbox can also be accessed by clicking the Messages link below the SERVICES heading in the left-side menu. Within the Secure Mailbox, click on a message to select it. Double-click to open it. This function is used to correspond with the bank about account-related issues. This function also allows you to send attachments. For more information on the use of the Secure Messages function, see SERVICES – SECURE MAILBOX. The Account History screen is accessed by: 1) Double-clicking any account on the Account Overview page; or 2) Clicking the History link below the ACCOUNTS heading in the left-side menu. Your account history includes both pending and posted activity. Pending activity is not yet reflected in your Current Balance, because it has not yet been removed from your account. Posted Activity has been removed from your account, and is reflected in your Available and Current Balances. Click the button to expand the Account Details section, if it is collapsed. You can switch accounts by using the drop-down menu (B, above) to select the appropriate account. Hit the SUBMIT button (E, above) to switch to the new account. In your posted activity history, you can view check images by clicking the magnifying glass icon ( ) to the left of the item Sort the detailed posted history column in ascending or descending order by clicking on the Sorted By: option (F, above). Use the Search Function (D, above). This function is detailed in the Search section. Adjust the Display (C, above) to Export to File. This function is detailed in the Export section. The default search view is “Last 50 Items,” unless changed within the Account Preferences section. To search, click the SEARCH button to display your search options. When you select an option from the drop-down menu, additional inquiry boxes may appear next to the search button. Enter the requested additional information, then click the SUBMIT button to the right side of the screen to conduct your search. You must have appropriate software to utilize the export options. From the drop-down, select the type of file that you would like to create for your export. You must have appropriate software to utilize the export options. Click the button (circled, above) to begin your export. Follow the prompts given by your internet browser to open or save your file. Online Activity Functions Online Activity Definitions Term Active Drafted Authorized Cancelled Processed Other Definition Any transaction generated online that has been initiated within the last week or is in a status that still allows action to be taken. Any transaction that has been put in a pending (Drafted) state by the user and can still be either approved or cancelled. When a transaction, such as funds transfer, has been approved, the transaction displays in the Authorized category in Online Activity. Authorized indicates that you are ready for the ENB to process the transaction. When a transaction, such as funds transfer, has been cancelled by a user from the Transaction Details page, the transaction displays in the Cancelled category in Online Activity. Please note: Cancelled transactions cannot be restored, so cancel only if you are sure you do not intend to send the transaction for processing. When a transaction, such as funds transfer, has been approved by a user with approval rights and then later processed by the financial institution (either by real-time interface or manually processed), the transaction displays in the Processed category in Online Activity. Any transaction that might have been unsuccessful (processing failure), or does not fall under the previous categories. The Online Activity screen is accessed by clicking the Online Activity link below the ACCOUNTS heading in the left-side menu. Cancel a previously drafted or saved transactions Click the Quick Action lightning bolt ( ) icon next to the transaction and select Cancel from the displayed drop-down menu. View the details of a transaction Click the transaction you wish to view to highlight it, then click the View button (C, above). Use the Transaction Status: drop-down menu (B, above) to View transactions for a particular select a status, then click the SUBMIT button (F, above). transaction status (active, drafted, cancelled etc) Use the Group By drop-down menu (E, above) to select a Change the sort order grouping option, then click the SUBMIT button (F, above). They begin once you enroll in and begin receiving eStatements. The Statements screen is accessed by clicking the Statements link below the ACCOUNTS heading in the left-side menu. You can enroll in eStatements at any time by clicking the Delivery link below the PREFERENCES heading in the left-side menu. For more information on enrolling in eStatements, see PREFERENCES – DELIVERY. Viewing Statements Online To view a statement: 1) Choose the appropriate account from the drop-down menu (A, below). 2) Select the year for the statement (B, below) from the year drop-down. ENB retains 12 months of eStatements for your accounts. 3) Use the cycle drop-down (C, below) to select the month you wish to view. 4) Click the VIEW STATEMENT button. If you have pop-up blockers enabled, you will need to disable them or follow the security instructions at the top of your browser window to view your eStatement. eStatements are .pdf files and require a .pdf reader to view them. Places the transaction in a pending state until either Approved or Cancelled at another time. Cancels the transaction from processing. The Funds Transfer page allows you to transfer funds between your ENB accounts. The Funds Transfer screen is accessed by: 1) Clicking the Quick Action lightning bolt to the right of an account on the Account Overview page; or 2) Clicking the Funds Transfer link below the TRANSACTIONS heading in the left-side menu. If you checked the “Repeat this process” box in Step 7, you will be taken to the Funds Transfer overview page to begin your next transfer. In the Enter Transfer Frequency area, click the radio button next to the Recurring option, then make the appropriate selections from the recurrence options to set your recurring transfer schedule. The Bill Payment screen is accessed by clicking the Bill Payment link below the TRANSACTIONS heading in the left-side menu. If you have not signed up for Bill Payment, which is free for ENB Personal Online Banking customers, you will be taken through a sign-up process before you access the Bill Payment site. You can add additional accounts to your Bill Payment service using the Bill Payment link below the PREFERENCES heading in the left-side menu. For more information on adjusting your Bill Pay accounts, see PREFERENCES – BILL PAYMENT. The Secure Mailbox screen is accessed by: 1) Clicking on the Message hyperlink at the top of the Account Overview page; or 2) Clicking the Messages link below the SERVICES heading in the left-side menu. A B C D Unread messages will have the sender and received date noted in bold type. You will only receive notification of unread messages through ENB’s Online Banking. For your financial security, replies to secure messages are not sent to your personal email, which can be unsecure. Messages have an expiration date, when they will automatically be deleted from your mailbox, unless you adjust their expiration date to “Never Expire.” Navigating the Secure Mailbox Page: Action How It’s Done Click on a message to highlight it (D, above), then doubleView a sent message click the message. Rely to a message Click the button within the opened message; or Click on a message to highlight it, then click the Reply icon on the overview page (B, above). Delete a message Click the button within the opened message; or Click on a message to highlight it, then click the red X on the overview page (C, above). Set a message to never expire Within the message, click the button. Click the New Message button (A, above) to open a blank Send a message to ENB message. After you have composed your message, click the SEND button in the message header. Click the New Message button (A, above) to open a blank Add an attachment to a message message. Click the BROWSE button next to the Attachment line, and follow your browser’s instructions for adding attachments to the email. The Address Change screen is accessed by clicking the Address Change link below the SERVICES heading in the left-side menu. Note: Address changes submitted via this page change where your statements and notifications are sent for your account(s). To update the address information on your Online Profile only, update the User information found under the PREFERENCES menu. You may stop pending electronic transactions by following the appropriate procedures on ENB’s Bill Payment site or by cancelling pending activity using the Quick Action lightning bolt next to the affected transaction in the Online Activity screen. The Stop Payment screen is accessed by clicking the Stop Payment link below the SERVICES heading in the left-side menu. The Check Reorder screen is accessed by clicking the Check Reorder link below the SERVICES heading in the left-side menu. To reorder checks, select the appropriate account from the drop-down menu and click the SUBMIT button. This will take you to ENB’s online check ordering site, where you can confirm and/or update your check information (address, check start number etc) and place your check order. Continued on next page Rev. 01-23-2014 Personal User’s Guide (v3.0) Page 21 of 31 Online Banking Personal User’s Guide Preference Functions Account Preferences The Account Preferences page allows you to: 1) Adjust the order in which your accounts are displayed on the Account Overview page. 2) Provide a Display name for your accounts to help you more easily differentiate accounts. 3) Define the default number of history items or history days displayed in the Account History page. The Account Preferences screen is accessed by clicking the Account link below the PREFERENCES heading in the left-side menu. A B C D E Navigating the Account Preferences Page: Action How It’s Done In the Order column (A, above), type a “1” next to the Change the display order of your accounts account that you would like to display first, a “2” next to the account that you would like to display second, etc., then click the SUBMIT button (E, above) and confirm the change by clicking the OK button at the prompt. In the Display Name column (B, above), type the name that Change the name of an account you would like for your account in the box that corresponds to the account. Then, click the SUBMIT button (E, above) and confirm the change by clicking the OK button at the prompt. In the # column (C, above), type the number of items/days Change your default number of items/days displayed in your that you would like to display in the box that corresponds to the account. When activated, this feature sends you an email, phone message, text or Online Banking notification (your choice, based on available features) when your alert criteria are met. The Alerts screen is accessed by clicking the Alerts link below the PREFERENCES heading in the left-side menu. A B C Types of Alerts that Can Be Set: • Balance Notifications • Overdraft Notifications • Insufficient Funds Notifications • Interest Notifications • Date Reminder Notifications • Transfer Notifications • Information Change Notifications (password, address etc) Navigating the Alerts Page: Action Add an Alert Edit an alert Delete an alert How It’s Done Click the Add Alert button (A, above). From the drop down, select the type of alert you wish to set. In the following pop up screen, complete the details for the alert and click the OK button. Click the OK button in the verification prompt to set the alert. Double click on the alert (C, above) to open the alert pop-up. Make the edits to your alert, and then click the OK button. Click the OK button in the verification prompt to save the edits. Click the Delete button (B, above). Click the OK button in the verification prompt to delete the alert. This does not affect your account information used to send statements or bank notifications. To change your address, use the Address Change feature below the SERVICES heading. The User screen is accessed by clicking the User link below the PREFERENCES heading in the leftside menu. To make adjustments to your online profile, click the field that you wish to edit and adjust the information. Click the SUBMIT button, then the OK button in the pop-up prompt to save the change. The Bill Payment screen is accessed by clicking the Bill Payment link below the PREFERENCES heading in the left-side menu. Available transaction accounts are listed on this screen. To add an account to your Bill Pay account, check the checkbox to the left of the masked account number, then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the screen. You can use this feature to opt into or out of eStatements. The Delivery screen is accessed by clicking the Delivery link below the PREFERENCES heading in the left-side menu. B C A D E To Set Up eStatements Delivery Step 1 2 3 4 5 Action Check the radio button next to Electronic Statement (A, above) to the left of the account for which you wish to receive eStatements. Type the email address where you would like to be notified when your statement is available into the E-MAIL box (B, above). If you wish to send a notification to a second address, type the secondary email address into the ALTERNATE E-MAIL box. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for each account that you would like to add to eStatements. NOTE: If you elect eStatements for an account, you will receive eStatements for all accounts that appear on the statement with that account, whether or not you elect eStatements for those accounts. Read and agree to the eStatements terms at the bottom of the page (D, above). Click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page (E, above) to complete your enrollment. eStatements will begin within 1 – 2 statement cycles. An internet-enabled cell phone is required to access ENB’s Mobile Banking. The Mobile screen is accessed by clicking the Mobile link below the PREFERENCES heading in the left-side menu. To Set Up Mobile Banking: 1 On the Mobile options screen, and the Mobile Enrollment tab, check the box next to “Yes, enable my User ID and Password for use on my mobile device” to enroll yourself in Mobile Banking. 2 3 Click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the screen. The Security screen is accessed by clicking the Security link below the PREFERENCES heading in the left-side menu. Changing Your Password To change your password, you must first access the Security screen. The Security screen is accessed by clicking the Security link below the PREFERENCES heading in the left-side menu. On the Security screen, click the Password tab (circled). Following the password requirements noted on the right, complete all of the fields on the left side of the page, then click the SUBMIT PASSWORD CHANGE button to change your password. The Security screen is accessed by clicking the Security link below the PREFERENCES heading in the left-side menu. On the Security screen, click the Login ID tab (circled). Following the login ID requirements noted on the right, complete all of the fields on the left side of the page, then click the SUBMIT LOGIN ID CHANGE button to change your login ID. Creating a Phishing Phrase A Phishing Phrase is an added level of security that you can add to your account. Your Phishing Phrase is a phrase, one selected by you, that will appear on your login screen in red to ensure that you are on ENB’s Online Banking site. To create or change a Phishing Phrase, you must first access the Security screen. The Security screen is accessed by clicking the Security link below the PREFERENCES heading in the left-side menu. On the Security screen, click the Phishing Phrase tab (circled). Type your Phishing Phrase in the My Phrase textbox. Your phrase can be a maximum of 50 characters. Click the SUBMIT MY PHRASE button to create or change your Phishing Phrase. This phrase will then display, in red, in a box above your login screen to confirm that you are on ENB’s Online Banking site. NOTE: Your computer must have cookies enabled for this function to work. Continued on next page Rev. 01-23-2014 Personal User’s Guide (v3.0) Page 29 of 31 Online Banking Personal User’s Guide Security Functions, Continued Changing Secure Delivery Information Your Secure Delivery information is the contact information used by ENB to send you a Secure Code as part of Multi-Factor Authentication when you are on an unrecognized computer. Your Secure Code can be sent by email, phone message or by text message. To create or change a contact method, you must first access the Security screen. The Security screen is accessed by clicking the Security link below the PREFERENCES heading in the left-side menu. On the Security screen, click the Secure Delivery tab (circled). A B Navigating the Secure Delivery Page: Action How It’s Done Click the Add Delivery Contact button (A, above) and select Add a Delivery Contact the contact method from the drop-down menu. Follow the instructions on the following screen to add the information. Click the SUBMIT button to confirm the information. Delete a Delivery Contact Edit a Delivery Contact NOTE: To receive texts, you must add an SMS Text Number. Click the Contact Method that you would like to delete to highlight it, then click the Delete button (B, above). Click OK on the subsequent prompt to confirm the deletion. Double click the contact method that you would like to edit. When the contact pop-up appears, edit the information as required, then click the SUBMIT button to confirm the information. Such alerts can help you keep your account secure by making you aware of potentially fraudulent activity. To set security alerts, you must first access the Security screen. The Security screen is accessed by clicking the Security link below the PREFERENCES heading in the left-side menu. On the Security screen, click the Alerts tab (circled). At the top of the screen, choose your contact method(s) by entering a notification email address, phone number and/or cell phone number in the appropriate fields. NOTE: If you wish to receive text messages, you must enter your cell phone number in the SMS Text Number field. Under the Security Alerts heading, scroll through and check the checkboxes next to the alerts that you wish to receive. If you wish to delete an alert, uncheck the checkbox in front of the alert. Click the Submit Alerts Changes button to submit your changes. Signing Off For your convenience, the SIGN OFF button is located at the top of the left-side navigation.
