REWARDS Lesson 12 Prefix and Suffix Review Sheet REWARDS

REWARDS Lesson 12 Prefix and Suffix Review Sheet
Directions to the Teacher:
• Have students turn to page 133 in the back of their Student Book and study the
suffix meanings introduced in Lessons 10 and 12. In addition, remind students that
they should continue to remember meanings learned in Units 1 and 2. A few of those
meanings will be included on the review sheets for Unit 3.
• Give one copy of the review sheet to each pair of students. Tell students that some
suffixes might have more than one possible answer. They can write either one. Have
Partner 1 read the first item on the left. Have Partner 2 tell the meaning without
looking, if possible. Then have Partner 2 search for the answer on the right and
write the letter of the corresponding meaning in the space provided. Ask Partner 1
to verify whether the answer is correct. Have partners continue in the same way
until all items have been matched.
