Daily support for clients with mental health
challenges comes in the form of
Haven’s Outpatient Clinic.
Clients requiring more intensive
services will find hope in Haven’s
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program.
Clients live independently while receiving
service at home through Haven’s
Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program.
Here we provide an individualized treatment regimen to
assist clients in their personal relationships, daily work
and life routines, and continued independence.
By teaching skill development and providing structured
activities, this program assists the recovery process in
four key areas of development:
For clients with mental health issues, becoming and
remaining independent is an attainable goal, yet
an ongoing challenge that may require extra support.
• L iving – helping to maintain and improve
personal care, interpersonal relationships,
assertiveness skills, healthy choices and more.
For these individuals, services are provided on an
individualized basis in the community or in the client’s
home, and are adjusted as needed.
• L earning – guidance in communication skills,
stress and anger management, symptom and
medication education, and support in obtaining
diplomas, GEDs and degrees.
