The extended module Report Designer is 100% integrated into
HRonline. This means that for your reporting you have access to all
data available in HRonline. By default, that includes the employee
data, the attendance and absence data, salary and company data.

data, setting the parameters with which the end user can define the
period and population of the report, determining the layout, and
finally, publishing the report. Subsequently the report is immediately
available for the target group that you predefined.
WHY REPORT DESIGNER?
Reporting tailored to your company becomes child’s
play with Report Designer. In barely four steps
you create transparent HR reports. The graphic
possibilities are extensive, and importing and
exporting or repeatedly entering data is a thing of

Setting parameters for the end user
Data selection
First you choose the data with
which you want to feed the
report, via the search function
or tree structure. You can even
make calculations on certain
fields, such as minimums,
maximums and averages.
You define the parameters with which the end user of
the report can define the period and the population.
Every parameter can, if so desired, be fine-tuned further.

Determining the layout of the report
You decide which standard report views you want to
make available: a table, a tree structure and/or a graph.
You can prepare multiple variants, or offer the end users
the option to further personalise the report themselves.

Publishing the report
You name the report and
decide where you want to
publish it. You define the
target user group according
to name, function role, or
department.
After step four, the report is immediately available for execution by the end user(s). The users can retrieve their executed reports from the results list and if necessary
refine them further. When the report is satisfactory, they can export the report in various formats. Discover the extensive standard reporting functionalities via the

Since Report Designer is fully integrated into HRonline, you can feed the reports that you design using Report Designer, with any data available
within the package. Through HRonline’s basic module you gain access to employee and salary calculation data. If you activate additional
modules, for instance for the management of competences, trainings and appraisals or extralegal benefits, then you can also process these data
in Report Designer.
