From Koran:
18:25 And they remained in their cave for three hundred years, and increased by nine.
There are 15.78 cycles of 19 years in 300 years.
One 19 year cycle has 7x13 months + 12x12 months = 91+ 144 = 235 months = 19 years.
15.78 x 235 months = 3708,3 months
9:36 The count of the months with God is twelve months in the book of God the day He
created the heavens and the earth;...
3708,3 months : 12 = 309.025 years
18:25 And they remained in their cave for three hundred years, and increased by nine.
...which totally make 309. This is one approach of using luni-solar counting of time to proove
this verse.
Another approach is this:
If for 300 years are added 9, how many years are to be added for 19 years?
With the simple mathematics of proportion we begin:
(300/9) = (19/x)
x = (19*9/300)
19 years = 6939.55 days
300 years = 109572 days
9 years = 3287.16 days
Applying these values in the equation for x, we find the value:
x = 208.186 days
which is:
x = 7.05 months
So, if for 300 years are added 9, for 19 years are added 7 months.
Which corresponds to the natural 19 year cycle where 7 years are with 13 months.
Hence, 7 months added for 19 years.
With this the natural time counting is also mathematically concluded.
