- Yes, it is totally natural.
3. - Does the product contain any kind of antioxidant or any other ingredient?
- Only citric acid is added, which is a 100% natural ingredient, nothing else.
4. - What is the shelf life, both in powder and liquid?
- Shelf life is one year, and while stored in its packaging, closed or covered, more
than a year. Once it has been rehydrated shelf life is 5 days.
5. - What are the main uses?
- Powder can be used as raw material for industry. For food service must be
hydrated in purified water and get 100% natural lime juice.
6. - How much powder diluted in water need for obtain lime juice?
- One tablespoon (44 oz) is diluted in 8 fl.oz. oz. of purified water and you get a
cup of 100% lime juice.
