As you will see from our enclosed flyer, we have a
wonderful, all-day conference planned, April 29,
with outstanding speakers all dealing with the
theme of “Restoring America’s Liberty and Godly
Heritage.”
Our speakers will help us remember that
America was founded mainly by Christians who
came here seeking religious liberty. They helped
establish this nation based on Biblical, Christian
principles. Our Founding Fathers created our
wonderful Constitution based on those principles;
for example, the idea of the balance of powers
between the executive, legislative and judiciary
comes from the Bible, in Isaiah 32:22 “For the
Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the
Lord is our king.” Our laws are also based on
Biblical laws such as the Ten Commandments.
America can only be made great again if those
Judeo-Christian principles, standards, and morals,
are restored.
With such a wonderful theme, it is only fitting
that our state conference will be held in a church.
It will be in the new, beautiful Calvary Chapel Tustin, in Santa Ana, which can hold 800 people.
It would be wonderful if we can fill the whole
sanctuary. Please invite your friends to hear these

More Anti-Trump Tirades in High Schools and
Colleges: We continue to hear of liberal teachers
and professors across the nation who seem to
believe it is their duty and right to express their out
–rage about the election of President Trump in
their classrooms. Many of these reports are
coming from Trump-supporting students, who
have recorded the teachers with their cell phones.
However, the following picture and video were
sent out by a proud teacher herself by Instagram.
It shows her yelling “die” as she shoots an image
of Trump on her white board with her water gun.

Laughter can be heard in the background of the
video. It is unclear if it is coming from students or
other faculty members.
What has happened to Ms. Modi because of this?
Fortunately, the Dallas Independent School District
has placed her on administrative leave.
However, in the next news story, the teacher who
gives a hateful rant against Trump is not punished
at all. Instead the student is suspended for having
taken a recording of the teacher:
Student Calib O’Neil Suspended for Revealing
College Professors’s Anti-Trump Hate Rant: A
professor at Orange Coast College in California,
Olga Perez Stable Cox, went into an extended hate
rant against President Trump in her classroom
shortly after his election. Among other things, she
described Trump’s election as an “act of terrorism,”
labeled him “a white supremacist” and called Vice
President-elect Mike Pence “one of the most antigay humans in this country.”
This wasn’t even a political science class in which
one might expect such a political talk. Cox is a
professor of “human sexuality.”
Calib O’Neil, a 19-year old business student and
a member of the Young Republicans Club on
Campus, who just happens to be the grandson of
our Eagle Forum 1st Vice President Bonnie O’Neil,
decided to record the 20 minute diatribe, regarding
it as totally inappropriate, unfair, and biased. He
showed it to the president of the Young
Republicans. Together they took it to the President
of the College. He promised to take some kind of
action against the teacher and have her apologize to
the class. A week went by and nothing happened.
So the students decided to post the recording on
social media to let others know what the teacher
said. It went viral, and has been picked up by major
newspapers and FOX news.
This caused the administration to suspend Caleb
for the semester and summer school for recording
his teacher without permission. Ms. Cox, however,

College administration wanted Caleb to
write a letter of apology to Ms. Cox and
a three page essay on the damaging
effect of what he has done. Caleb did
not agree with their request. With the
help of two attorneys, he appealed the
college’s suspension.
According to an article written by radio host Dennis
Prager, “Why Professors Object to being Recorded,” he
supports what Caleb did and believes all students have the
right to record their teachers. “When professors stand in front
of a class, they are in the public domain.” Prager adds that
just about every university professor’s salary is payed partly
by public’s taxes. “We therefore have a right, and even a
duty, to know what professors say publicly in classrooms.”
In fact, I would encourage every student who cares
about truth and intellectual honesty to record what
their professors say in class. I would also encourage
every parent to find out for what they are paying. And I
would encourage professors to record themselves in
order to protect themselves against doctored material.
We agree with Mr. Prager and are very proud of Caleb for
being one of those students who does care about receiving the
truth from his teachers and his courage to stand up and try to
make a difference. In fact, Caleb is going to be honored at our
State Conference, April 29, as our “Student of the Year.”
Good News: Just before this newsletter was to be printed, we
heard that the college has backed down and Caleb is no longer
suspended, and they retracted their request of him. Do you
think the pending law suits, the thousands of letters and emails in support of Caleb that the college has received and the
bad press might have influenced their decision?
Those Behind the War on Trump: Most conservatives are
beginning to realize that those involved in the hate Trump
movement and the vicious demonstrations and protest rallies
are really part of a “rent a mob.” This is not a spontaneous
movement. It is being orchestrated and funded by massivelyfinanced elites of one general movement – those who have
been working for decades to usher in a secular, borderless,
totalitarian, New World Order (NWO) and world government.
All the people in this movement fully expected Hillary to
be the winner so she could usher in their final plans towards
their NWO. Under Obama, everything had been rapidly
moving in the way they wanted. The election of Trump and
the majority of Republican Congressmen and Republican
governors have put a big wrench in their plans! Steve
Jalsevac from LIfeSiteNews.com describes it as: “a giant
earthquake upending their world and their evil plans.”
The globalists are enraged that their expectations of a final
achievement of the “total power of man as god has been
smashed.” That is their ultimate goal to replace God with
man and usher in their secular religion and totalitarian
regime.
Primary players of those unitedly engaged in the war

NWO elites. They are writing propaganda and lies that
too many gullible, uninformed citizens are falling for.
The militant gay rights/transgender/radical feminist
movements which seeks to destroy marriage, family,
and faith- the foundation of a free, socially healthy,
sovereign nation.
American public education institution (due mainly to
the influence of far-leftist teachers unions), have long
ago been taken over and co-opted into propagandizing
students with an anti-American, anti-Christian, earth
worshiping ideological world view. Students have been
subjected to one-sided, heavy indoctrination on
pseudoscience and climate change and promoting Islam.
Semi-Secret Elitist Societies such as the Council on
Foreign Relations (CFR), Bilderbergers, Tri-lateral
Commission, the Masons, and other atheistic, Christianhating groups who still exert substantial influence. (A

in the book By Stealth and Deception, pp. 145-266.)
The Vatican itself seems involved as Pope Francis, the
German bishops and others around him have openly
developed close relationships with leading One-Worlders, supporting NWO ideals such as Global Warming;
many are speaking out against Trump themselves.
Many of the world’s multi-billionaires and largest
corporations, who have been seduced into the
movement, such as Bill Gates, Apple, Michael
Bloomberg, Warren Buffet, Mark Zuckerberg and more.
Militant Islam - Angela Merkel, other EU leaders,
George Soros and “progressive” NWO advocates,
within religious and secular charities are using a
contrived, massive influx of aggressive “refugee”
resettlement” programs to promote Islam and force oneworld, open-borders onto the West. (Continued on p. 3)

in the War on Trump: We are now
finding out that Obama and his
administration sought and obtained,
authorization to eavesdrop on the
Trump campaign even when there
was no evidence of any wrong doing
found. Obama, before he left office,
relaxed the NSA rules to allow
evidence to be shared widely within the various branches of
government, virtually ensuring that any information,
including the conversations of private citizens, could be
leaked to the media.
Can Trump endure this evil assault? Many of us prayed
hard to get Trump elected. Even more prayers are needed to
protect, guide and inspire him to stay the course and serve
the will of God and the will of the people as he promised.
Victory in Fighting Election Fraud – by Diane Richards,

Without free and fair elections, the freedoms and liberties
we Americans enjoy dissipate into a web of corruption. Bit
by bit falsely elected officials place their surrogates into
place at every level of government. A fraudulent elections
officer with nearly unchecked authority becomes the cog in a
wheel that will misappropriate public funds and cause
inappropriate policies to be put into place throughout the
government. If you have wondered how Agenda 21 and the
attack on property rights is rife throughout California, look
no further than each county elections office.
Here in sparsely populated rural Trinity County, we
citizens did not like the direction policies were moving such
as restrictive planning department allowing only four new
homes to be built, wildlife corridor plans, the complete
shutdown of timber and mining operations, so we began to
run candidates at the local level. But even though the
demographics of our county are split with 50% republicans
and 50% democrats, not a single upstanding longtime
republican won. We were shocked, and the candidates were
embarrassed by stunning losses. Something just did not smell
right.
Linda Paine of the Election Integrity Project: We
contacted Linda and she came and trained us. We became
Certified Election Observers. Now we knew what to look
for; but what we found went beyond any training manual:
Officials removed ballot boxes during the election, went to
their houses with ballot boxes after polls closed instead of
straight to the county seat elections office, seals on the
programming cards for the boxes were replaced, broken or
missing altogether. We filed many complaints locally and at
the state level. But we received no help whatsoever! The
Secretary of State would just send form letters back stating
that there was not enough evidence for an investigation.

We did more research and more red flags began to pop
up. Most of our election losses were continually a 30/70 loss
which we found out is an indicator of programming
manipulation of either the computers counting the ballots
and/or the central tabulator.
I decided to run for County Supervisor myself for last
year, 2016. There were signs everywhere supporting me.
The incumbent, my opponent, had only a few signs, as if he
knew already it was a sure thing; he was going to win.
On primary election day, June 7th, the polling place ran
the count. The final tape indicated I was winning. Then the
voting box was taken by the Precinct Inspector, who
performed one violation of voting rules after another like
traveling alone, taking the box to his home, and stopping for
food and gas before finally delivering the box to the county
seat. There the box was handed over, and the infamously
corruptible Diebold Accu-Vote memory card was
downloaded.
The election was close. I was told that I lost by 28 votes,
but there were at least 100 provisional and vote-by-mail
ballots that were never counted. Our observers noted that
over 100 absentee ballots were set aside, not even checked
or scanned into the system. The election official refused to
give anyone access to challenge the set-aside ballots as
prescribed by law. Again, numerous calls to the Secretary of
State resulted in nothing.
Law Suit: A certified observer, Firenza Pini, who just
happens to be my daughter, filed with the local Superior
Court for an election contest. However, the local Presiding
Judge refused to hold a hearing and dismissed the case citing
a 5-day deadline had been missed. That would have been
correct for a recount but this was an election contest which
allows for 30 days, especially when misconduct is involved.
Appellate Court Hearing: Firenza filed for an Appeal
with the State Appellate Court in Sacramento. The county
hired a Capitol Mall law firm to defend the incumbent.
Papers flew back and forth and finally the Appellate Judges
asked for an Oral Argument to be held in public in
Sacramento, which took place on February 24th. The galley
within the court building was filled with supporters for our
side, plus about ten curious law students because this case
was so unusual. Not one person came for the incumbent
except for the county hired legal team. (Continued on P. 4)

(Cont. from p.3) Appellate Court Victory: The three judges
did not seem very impressed with the attorney representing
the incumbent, who was very poorly prepared and had no
case. The Presiding Judge brought up the issue that so many
voters’ ballots were not counted; this was morally wrong, and
that the law was clear in its intent.
The very next Tuesday, February 28, the judges released
their expeditious ruling with all three concurring that we had
won our case, that the Appellant was correct. The local judge
in Trinity County had erred and the case for election contest
is now to be heard!
Now all the misdeeds of election fraud will be brought to
light in front of the people. We are hoping this case might
cause a snow-ball effect, and other cases of election fraud
throughout the state of California will finally also be heard.

hearing in Sacramento, Feb. 24, having been invited by
Diane Richards. I got to meet her daughter Firenza and have
great admiration for the both of them. It has taken much hard
work, many long hours, diligence, stress, and has cost lots of
money for them to file a law suit over the election fraud that
they personally have witnessed and experienced.

Mayhem at Pro-Trump Rally in Berkeley, March 4
As one can see from the bloody
face of an injured Trump
supporter, the peaceful proTrump march through the streets
of Berkeley, turned into a brawl
as protesters tried to disrupt, hit,
attack and fight anyone wearing
pro-Trump shirts, hats or holding
a Trump sign or U.S. flags.
So much for free speech in Berkeley! Only those who the
radical anti-Trump activists agree with get to have the right
of freedom of speech. Others get attacked.
According to some pro-Trump supporters who were there
and called in on the Morning show on KSFO radio, March 6,
the police did hardly anything to stop the mayhem. They just
stood by as the peaceful marchers were attacked. Eventually,
10 protesters were arrested, a small token of the 100s who
should have been. The police did confiscate bricks that
someone was about to throw, metal pipes, bats and two-byfours. What has happened to our police protection?

As recently as Sept 2013, an angry Democrat shot 12 at a
Navy ship yard. Clearly, there is a problem with Democrats
and guns. Not one NRA member, Tea Party member, or
Republican conservative was involved in any of these
shootings and murders.
SOLUTION: It should be illegal for Democrats to own
guns. We don't need gun control, we need Democrat
control. Guns don't kill people, Democrats do!

Washington’s
Farewell
Address
- Principles Greatly
Needed Today by Darcy Brandon,
Eagle Forum State Board member
President George Washington gave his
famous Farewell Address as he was
leaving office after a contentious
election between John Adams and
Thomas Jefferson.
In this address, he “called for Nationalism, Neutrality, and
Nonpartisanship.”1 In regards to Nationalism, Washington had
a “deep belief in the need for union versus the potential
dangers of regionalism, states’ rights, and ‘geographical
distinction.’ In foreign policy, the chief executive
reemphasized the goals of his Proclamation of Neutrality – to
offer friendship and commerce with all nations, but to ‘steer
clear’ of ‘political connection…and permanent alliances with
any portion of the foreign world.” The intent was to have the
United States lay low and where prudent refrain from foreign
interventions. Washington warned against political
partisanship.
He ended his Farewell Address with “an appeal to the
sacred, as he frequently did.” He “stated that ‘Religion and
Morality are indispensable supports’” for our Republic. “It
would be hopeless, he implored, to think that men could have
“security for property, for reputation, for life if the sense of
religious obligation desert the oaths” of office holders. In such
arenas as the Supreme Court, where oaths provided
enforcement of those protections, Washington somberly noted,
mere morality alone could not survive without ‘religious
principle.’” This “warning to the nation was that effective
government required more than a chief executive of high
moral fiber – the entire nation had to build the country on the
backs of its citizens’ behavior.” (The above quotes were taken
from Schweikart, Larry & Michael Allen, A Patriot’s History
of the United States, Sentinel, p. 149)
Wouldn’t it be wonderful and wouldn’t it solve so many of
our problems if our entire nation could follow Washington’s
advice and get back to our religious and moral roots? This is
what gives people a sense of decency and restraint and the
desire to others with courtesy and respect even if their beliefs
differ from you own. Religious teachings from the Bible such
as “the Golden Rule” instructs them to treat others as they
would want to be treated. If they followed that they would not
then be hitting others over the heads, pushing them down,
burning their Trump hats, or their American flags, etc.
Again, this is why we have entitled the theme of our 17th
Annual /Conference “Restoring America’s Liberty and Godly
Heritage.” This is what our nation needs the most if we are
going to preserve any semblance of civility and keep from
becoming a police state in the coming years.

Senator Elizabeth Warren, known for her long-winded
filibusters and her false claim to have Cherokee blood
in her ancestry, is the first women senator to be named
“Princess Talking Bull.”
California Bills to Keep an Eye On:
Bills Promoting Sanctuary Cities / Protecting Immigrants:
SB29 -This bill would, commencing on January 1, 2019,
prohibit a city, county, or city and county, or a local law
enforcement agency from entering into, renewing, or
extending the length of a contract with a private corporation,
contractor, or vendor to detain immigrants in civil
immigration proceedings for profit. Authored by Lara. Note
Lara is an anchor baby, his parents are illegals. He has
admitted this publicly. Referred to the Judiciary Committee.
AB3 - This would provide more legal services for immigrants
with payment by tax paying dollars. It require the State
Department of Social Services and any non-profits that
contract with it to provide grants for the funding to expand
programs and give legal training to county offices of the
public defender on issues relating to the immigration
consequences of criminal convictions. Authored by Rob
Bonta - Referred to appropriations.
SB6 - is the companion bill to AB3 for the Senate. It would
require the State Department of Social Services to either
contract with qualified nonprofit (np) legal services
organizations, or contract with a np agency to administer
funding to np organization subcontractors, to provide legal
services to individuals who are not otherwise entitled to legal
representation under an existing local, state, or federal
program. This bill contains other related provisions. AuthorBen Hueso; referred to appropriations.

“Restoring America’s Godly Heritage”
SB1 - Transporatation and Funding - it would increase
gas taxes by another 12 cents a gallon; (Note the gas tax in
Ca. is already at 38 cents a gallon). It would give a $38
increase for vehicle registration fees for regular cars and a
$100 vehicle registration increase for cars with zero
emissions. Supposedly, that money would be used for
repairing our roads, but “there are a lot of moving parts” in
the bill that would be using the money for other things. It
was Introduced by Senator Beall. It is currently in the
Senator Governance and Finance Committee.
SB18 – Children and Youth Bill of Rights – This bill is
based on the UN Rights of the Children Law that the US has
always refused to ratify because of its infringement on
parental rights. SB 18 establishes a list of inherent rights to
which all of California’s minors are supposedly
entitled. This broad list of children and youth entitlements
includes:
 the “right to parents, guardians, or caregivers who act in
their best interest,”
 the “right to live in a safe and healthy environment,”
 the “right to social and emotional well-being,” and
 the “right to opportunities to attain optimal cognitive,
physical, and social development.” This would take
away parental rights and expand socialism

the Rules Committee waiting to be assigned. Call your state
legislators and tell them to say no to all of these bills.
