Overview:
1. The contractor will be responsible for removal of all debris from the
apartment. No debris will be left outside the unit overnight.
2. WHA will not be responsible for any equipment, tools or materials lost or
damaged during this project.
3. The Contractor will supply all tools, equipment and materials to complete
this work.
4. The Contractor may not park on the grass.
5. The Contractor will ensure that safety practices are performed while on
the development.
6. The Contractor must check-in with the Development Manager when
entering the site and checkout when exiting.
7. The Contractor will not spray any paint in the apartment. The contractor
will apply primer to all surfaces to be painted in the apartment.
8. The Contractor will work hours that will be set by the Development
Manager.
Interior: General
Front & Back Porch:
Clean exterior light fixture front & back
Clean exterior Screen doors inside and out front and back
Clean front & back porch including threshold
Living Room:
Clean ceiling light fixtures
Clean all outlet, switches and wall plates
Clean all hardware on doors
Clean all windows inside and out
Clean and paint all walls in living room
Clean and paint ceiling
Remove floor tile and treat all floors throughout the apartment pet urine
Repair baseboard throughout living room
Kitchen:
Replace countertop in kitchen
Replace filter to range hood
Clean GFCI in kitchen
Clean kitchen sink
Remove/replace tile floors in kitchen and treat floor
Paint all walls & ceiling in kitchen
Paint interior door in kitchen inside and out
Clean kitchen window inside and out
Pantry:
Strip and wax floor
Paint walls of pantry
Clean off HWH system in pantry
Bathroom:
Clean sink, faucet and shower area
Clean toilet inside and out
Clean medicine cabinet
Clean and paint bathroom door
Clean window inside and out
Clean soap dish/toothbrush holder
Clean tile baseboard
Replace tile floors in bathroom and treat floor
Paint bathroom
Bedroom # 1:
Paint baseboards
Paint walls and ceiling
Remove carpet from bedroom closet and treat floor
Clean and paint bedroom door
Clean windows inside and out
Paint shelves inside closet
Bedroom #2
Paint baseboards
Paint walls and ceiling
Remove carpet from bedroom closet and treat floor
Clean and paint bedroom door
Clean windows inside and out
Paint shelves inside closet
Contractor will:
Remove all nails, screws from walls
Patch holes and damaged walls throughout apartment before painting
Note: Any additional work items must be pre-approved by the WHA Property Manager.
