CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1.This event will be judged under the current Rules for Driving listed in
the Australian Driven Dressage Manual.
2. Any helmet/protective headgear suitable for Equestrian sport
worn at this event must be securely fastened and conform to one of the
standards listed - Australian Standard - AS/NZ 3838 Current Australian &
NZ Standard; EN 1384 - Current European Standard or ASTN F 1163 Current US Standard : Helmets are required to be less than five
years old - currency expires 5 years from date of manufacture.
3. All competitors must be members of the ACDS.
4. Horses may only compete in their graded level, as at the close of
entries.
5. All competitors will drive the two tests for their level.
6. Singles and Multiples will have separate classes at each level.
7. Viceroys are permitted in Graded Dressage, but NOT Joggers.
8. Juniors must wear helmets at all times whilst in a carriage.
9. Drivers may drive twice but not in the same class.
10. I am aware of, and agree to pay, the excess that applies to any
insurance claim, which may arise from my participation in this event.
11. The organisers have the right to - alter any advertised times, refuse
any entry with or without stating the reason, measure any horse or pony
upon discretion, join classes or re-allocate a competitor to the appropriate
class.
12. Ponies/horses must be registered with the ACDS for all official classes.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Catering: BYO all meals free tea and coffee during the day, Moonbi store
is only a short walk away.
Camping: Powered sites available @ $10 per night, must be booked.
Stables available @ $5 per night per horse, must be booked.
Only 1 horse per stable. Stables must be left clean please.
Grooms: Optional for singles however multiples must have groom/s.
Dogs: Dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners to please pick up
after their dogs.
Indemnity: Neither the Tamworth Regional Council, Moonbi & Kootingal
Pony Club, ACDS or Tamworth Regional Horse Drawn Club or their
appointed officials accept and liability for any accident, theft or illness to
horses , Drivers and grooms or any person or property whatsoever.
Right of admission reserved.
Draws: Will be emailed prior to the event.
COST OF ENTRY WILL BE A DONATION OF
ONE SECRET WRAPPED RAFFLE PRIZE
A MAXIMUM OF $10 VALUE, RAFFLE TO BE HELD AT LUNCH TIME
Late entries may not be excepted and
if they are, it will incur TWO raffle prizes as entry fee.
