The Authority in Tunisia Insists on Enabling the Colonial Kaffir to Plunder
Our Wealth Even If that Leads to the Killing of Our Youth
(Translated)
The prohibited took place, and this led to the loss of innocent souls, Muhammad

restore their country and their wealth that the colonial Kaffir had looted for decades,
while poverty and deprivation ravaged them. After Sibsi’s speech on May 10, 2017,
we find the situation as what we in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Tunisia warned of in our
statement issued on May 11, 2017. When we warned of the danger that the head of
state would threaten the protestors of the use of the military machine, the protesters
who were fighting for a legitimate cause, in which we said:
“Beji Caid Essebsi’s resorting to the military force shows a clear indication of the
following:
This democratic system with its legislative and executive institutions, falsely claim
to serve the people, but it is only a tool that serves the interests of Western colonial
companies. Protesters in Tataouine, Qebly, Gafsa, Kairouan, Suwasi, Qirqana and
other parts of the country came out demanding the wealth of their country and its
recovery from the domination of the colonial companies, which looted its wealth for
more than 60 years ; so the governor responded by threatening them with the power
of weapons. Essebsi’s insistence on military intervention and the militarization of
wealth zones is to protect the colonial companies that reports of the accountancy
department (especially the 2012 Report) proved to be corrupt and that they steal the
wealth of the people of Tunisia with the help of governments.”
These events prove the validity of what we warned of, and we in Hizb ut Tahrir /
Wilayah of Tunisia, we reiterate:
1- This government’s followed line is a betrayal of the covenant between the ruler
and the ruled. We draw the attention of the public to the fact that the insistence of the
Authority based on its rejection of the Islamic rules we proposed that solves each
issue radically, is only to engage in the global crusade against Islam led by America.
2- To the ruling class, President, Government and all those who support them:
You carried an atrocious action, you committed a crime twice. The first when you
betrayed the trust and handed over the wealth to the colonizer, and allowed him to
rob it and deprive its owners. And now you commit a crime again by killing the
protesters who came out demanding their legitimate rights.
3- Is it conceivable that the brutal ruling class in Tunisia succumb to make use of
the guard forces and army soldiers to guard the thieves that rob the people?! And
give orders to burn tents and disperse the protesters by the brutal force that led to
killing?
4- O rulers of Tunisia! What is this? What is this blindness??? Do you not see the
truth of what is going on around you??? This Ummah around you is revolting wanting
to restore its country from those who colonized and exploited and stole their wealth,
do you stand against it? These are the people of Tunisia, the descendants of the
heroic leaders. Do you expect them to witness your betrayals and crimes and to be
scared and submit?!
5- Wasn’t rightful of you to use the awareness of people and their good
understanding of their cause to support you and be a factor of power in facing the
colonizer and the emperors of their companies, who are stealing the wealth of the
Ummah, so that the strength of determination among the youth will unite with the
people of power. Or do you know only submission to our enemies?
6- As for you officers and soldiers in the guard, police, and army: How do you
accept to strike your brothers in order to protect the disbelieving colonizer who rob
you? Are you not Muslims? Did you not hear the words of Allah in His Noble Book:
﴾‫اس ج َِميعًا‬
َ ‫سا ِبغَي ِْر نَ ْف ٍس أ َ ْو َف‬
ِ ‫سا ٍد فِي ْاْل َ ْر‬
ً ‫﴿من قَت َ َل نَ ْف‬
َ ‫اس ج َِميعًا َو َم ْن أَحْ يَا َها فَكَأَنَّ َما أَحْ يَا ال َّن‬
َ ‫ض فَكَأَنَّ َما قَت َ َل ال َّن‬
“…whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land
- it is as if he had slain mankind entirely. And whoever saves one - it is as if he
had saved mankind entirely” [Al-Ma’ida: 32]
This ruling class sends you to kill and oppress your brothers, so do not obey
them, but unite together with your brothers in order to liberate your country from those
who colonized it and those who betrayed it.

forbidden blood.”
