ROYAL BANK PROVIDES MATCHING GIFT TO SOUTHWEST OPPORTUNITIES CENTER Lancaster, WI – Southwest Opportunities Center (SOC) is a private, non-profit agency dedicated to providing employment and programming for adults with disabilities who live in Grant County and the surrounding counties of Southwest Wisconsin. This organization provides programs to eliminate barriers for individuals with disabilities.
