your primary email address, or forward mail from another mail account.

Use Your Own Domain
If you have your own personal domain name, you can use it with cleanaddress free of charge. For
example, if own the domain name mydomain.com, you can have [email protected] come to your

Spam Filter - Effective removal of junk and obscene emails
Make the daily flood of spam a thing of the past with our free spam filtering. Choose between a range of
sensitivity settings and control how spam is handled. An online (or IMAP accessible) spam quarantine
allows you to keep check on what is being caught. We can't promise to get every spam that comes
through (and neither can anyone else, despite their claims), but you can expect to spam to become an

White & Black Lists - Exact control over who can send to your mailbox
Got on a mailing list you can't get out of? Our blacklist can ensure that they can no longer get through.

Multiple Mailboxes, Central Admin - Easy administration, instant results
Whether one mailbox or one thousand, you can manage all your mailboxes centrally or individually with
our web-based control panel. If the account is for business, your end-users can log in to set options such
as AutoReply but cannot see their peers. The central admin account can control all mailboxes. Everything

Outbound SMTP - Safe delivery of email and optional virus protection
Unlike some email providers, you can use our servers to deliver email. Our high-performance server
farms ensure fast delivery. What's more, if you take the Virus Filter option, we'll scan your outbound

Free Mail Tools - AutoReply, FetchMail, Aliases, Forwarding
All cleanaddress accounts come with a range of useful tools:
• AutoReply - Also known as 'Out Of Office'. Set up an email to be automatically sent to anyone
contacting you while you are away.
• FetchMail - We're sure that after using cleanaddress you won't want to use any other service.
FetchMail allows us to collect email on your behalf from other email accounts. One central email
account for all your addresses!
• Aliases - You can have any number of aliases on your account. These are addresses that 'map' to a
real mailbox. So, sales@ or info@ need not take up mailboxes. You can even have an alias
delivered to more than one mailbox, creating mailing lists.
• Forwarding - Need mail in another place? If you can't get to your cleanaddress account, or maybe
you need a copy at work, cleanaddress can copy or move email to an external address.

you choose to pay annually in advance, we’ll give you two months free.

cleanmail
cleanmail is perfect for customers who want their email filtered for spam and viruses before being
processed by their existing mail server or web host.
Normally emails are delivered directly to your SMTP server (e.g. Exchange). With the cleanmail service,
your email is delivered to our data centre first. These systems detect spam and virus-infected email and
remove or tag them (your choice). We then deliver the email to your server as normal.
This service requires no new hardware, software, training or maintenance. The only required outlay is
our license fee, which you will find to be extremely competitive.
Spam Protection from SpamAssassin
No mystical proprietary systems here. We have chosen SpamAssassin as the best defence against
against spam. SpamAssassin is a community-developed open source project that has lead the field in the
fight against spam. We are a proud part of this community.
Virus Protection from Kaspersky Labs
Kaspersky have developed an excellent unix-based implementation of their award-winning anti-virus
software. It's performance and accuracy make it an ideal partner for cleanmail.
One-Time Configuration
Once cleanmail is set up, you need do nothing. We handle all updates for you, making sure you have
the latest protection available. No monitoring or maintenance is required.
Control Panel
We offer a range of options so that we handle rogue emails the way you want us to. Want the spam
delivered with a tag? Fine. Want it deleted? Fine. There are a range of options at your disposal. We also

amount of users permitted is 5. User licenses are sold in blocks of 5, so any numbers between will be
rounded up.
