(hereinafter referred to as FLP) is the worldwide leader in the
cultivation, manufacture and distribution of Aloe Vera products,
on the sales volume and with beehive products and a large
portfolio of nutritional products, weight management, skin care,
home care and cosmetics.

than 9 million distributors worldwide, making it a
world leader in the direct sales system, also known
as multilevel marketing.
FLP owns 70% of the Aloe Vera grown in
the commercial world. With plantations in the
Dominican Republic, Mexico and USA, each step
of the growth process of the Aloe Barbadensis
plant is cared for expert staff, from the nurseries,
through a patented process of cold stabilization
which preserves the properties of the aloe to a
degree similar to 98% of the freshly cut plant, up
to the factory, where they follow rigorous standards
of quality control and traceability, to the end results
arriving in your home where you will enjoy a product

How to place
an order?
From the moment you become a Distributor of FLP Spain, you can place your
orders using the following methods:

The minimum order accepted is 60€ (items of literature are not
included). The delivery costs are, in the Peninsula 6€ plus taxes,
10€ plus taxes in the Balearic islands, 6€ in Tenerife and 10€ for the
rest of the Canary islands. However, if your order is over 150€, the
delivery charge is free.
As an independent Distributor of FLP Spain, you have no obligation
to purchase products with a certain frequency or amount, beyond
what is stated in the company policies in relation to the need of
being “active” in order to collect your group commissions.
Methods of payment
Cash: accepted for purchases made in the shops.
Credit or debit card: for orders placed by fax, telephone, in
shops or online. Clearly indicate the card number, type of holder,
expiry date and validation code (group of 3 digits located on the
signature strip on the back of the card - CVV)
Transfer or deposit: for orders placed by fax, telephone or
e-mail. It is necessary to send proof of deposit once made by fax

bank account where you can make the payment is 0081-5395-350001073112.
Cash on delivery: Only available in the Peninsula, for orders
made by fax, telephone or email. Cost of this service is 5€ plus taxes
(cash payment only). “Payment on delivery” is only accepted for
orders below 300€.

When placing
an order always
remember:
To give your distributor identification
number. Confirm the consignee and
delivery address (both may be different
from the distributor, when the order is
delivered at your customer address)
and contact phones. If the order has to
be delivered to one of your customers
and you don’t want the invoice to
be included into the parcel, you will
have to indicate that when placing the
order. It is recommended to leave an
alternative address in the event you
may not be at home (a nearby shop,
a neighbour…) whenever it is in the
same street. To do this use the section
“Si AUSENTE DEJAR EN” of the order
form.
Please, do not send the same order
by two different methods i.e., (mail,
fax…) if you do this, your order may
be processed twice. Please, be aware
that the transportation company also
deliver on Saturdays in the provincial
capitals, so you should request this if
required (otherwise your order would
be delivered on the first working day of
the week).
Order shipping
period:
Orders received in our central
office before 5 p.m. (from
Mondays to Fridays) will be
dispatched on the same day.
Orders received after that
time will be dispatched the
following day. The delivery
period for orders in the
Peninsula and the Canary
islands can be up to 48 hours.
The delivery period in the
Balearic islands will between
3 or 4 working days. Delivery
in Ceuta and Melilla will take 7
or 8 working days.
Our commitment to prompt
delivery is quite high, over
90% of the orders are
delivered within 48 hours. In
case you incur any trouble
with the delivery, please call

for a solution.
Other thoughts:
Refunds and returns
FLP offers a full guarantee of refund(s) or exchange of product(s) to
all customers that have purchased products through a distributor for
a period ending thirty (30) days from date of purchase. To meet these
guarantees the distributor is responsible for customer satisfaction and to
arrange the return of product(s) as well as the refund of moneys.
The distributor must arrange the return of the container(s) from the
customer to the nearest Distribution Centre or send it to the Central
Warehouse in Coslada (Madrid), along with the white copy of the receipt
(the receipt book PVP) of the retail sale, indicating the reason of said
returned. FLP will replace the product(s) with a new one.
Voluntary Termination
In FLP we give you total freedom to resign voluntarily. So that if for
any reason you would like to leave the company, please communicate
that to us by submitting the voluntary termination form. The termination
date is effective from the date with which the Head Office accepts the
termination request. Said termination implies the loss of the current
sales level and all developed downlines. After two years you will be able
to apply for registration, subject to prior authorization from the
Home Office.

Contract's Termination
Company Policies have been implemented in order to impose restrictions, rules and regulations to the appropriate
sales and Marketing procedures, and to prevent improper, abusive or illicit acts. All distributors have the obligation
to familiarize themselves with these policies. FLP reserves the right to terminate any distributor’s contract whose
owner fails to comply with or ignore, either serious or repeated, the company policies, as set out in the booklet of
policies.
Selling in stores
A Distributor is prohibited from permitting Company products to be sold or displayed in retail stores, car boot sales,
flea markets, or such like outlets. However, exhibitions for a period of less than one week in a twelve-month period
at the same venue are considered temporary and are therefore permitted after receiving written approval from the
Head Office.
Selling online
A Distributor is prohibited from selling products through online marketing media, online media, or auction sites, such
as, but not limited to, eBay or Amazon.
Each Independent Distributor will be offered the opportunity to purchase a Company-approved Independent
Distributor website, MyFLPBiz, for marketing products online using a direct link to the Company’s Webstore at
www.foreverliving.com . Online orders will be fulfilled directly by the Company through this website. This internet
link is arranged so that the FLP pages will remain on the Independent Distributor’s website.
Using literature
The Company’s prior written approval is required to use, produce or sell any sales aid or materials, other than those
provided by FLP.
Making Product Claims
A Distributor is prohibited from making any claims that FLP products are useful in the treatment, prevention,
diagnosis or cure of any disease. Medical claims regarding FLP products are strictly prohibited.

Payment of
personal bonus
or commissions
Once you reach the level of Assistant Supervisor or higher, FLP
will send you a monthly recap or summary of all the purchases that
you did the previous month and will effect a bank transfer for your
personal bonus gained.
Likewise, if you already have a team or downline and comply with
the conditions laid down in the Marketing Plan and the Company
Policies, you will receive a similar recap (Group Recap) indicating
purchases made by all distributors in your downline and the amount
of group commissions that corresponds to you, will be paid via a
bank transfer.
If you have personal and group bonus, you will receive a bank
transfer for each amount. (In order to make the bank transfers,
it is necessary that you provide your bank account details to the
Finance Department at the Head Office in Madrid.)
If you wish, you can request that your group commissions be
accumulated to a total of €100 at which time the bank transfer
will take place.

Sponsoring
From the time a distributor joins the company, you can start sponsoring new distributors, for whose purchases FLP will pay you
a commission that will increase as you move up to the high levels within the marketing plan. All details (percentages) regarding
the amount and the frequency with which these commissions will be paid are specified in the FLP marketing plan. For more
information, you can contact your sponsor, your upline Manager or review that section in the Company Policies.
To sponsor others you must take into account the following:
Use only the application forms provided by FLP for this purpose.
Fill in the application form, with neat handwriting and complete all required fields.
Write your complete name as it appears on the NIF or identity card.
Essential data is: name, NIF, complete address, telephone, date and signature.
You must send a photocopy of the DNI or NIE of your new distributor.
After filling the application form, this should be sent along with the first order to the Head Office (applications without first order
will not be accepted), if you wish to expedite the process, please send either firstly by fax (91 307 67 89 or 902 090 115) or
scanned via email to [email protected] and then the original (white copy) by email. The Sponsor must keep the yellow
copy and the new distributor must keep the pink copy.
The application form will be processed in the FLP system when the first order is formalised.
A new distributor can also join the company through the website www.foreverliving.es in which case it will also be necessary to
fill in and send the physical application form along with a scanned or photocopy of the DNI or NIE to complete the process.

International
Sponsoring
Within the Marketing Plan, FLP offers the
opportunity to be sponsored or registered
in other countries where FLP operates,
both for personal purchases or to start
the business, creating a network in the
same way as you would in your country of
residence.
To be registered in other countries, you
have to request this to the International
Sponsoring Department at the Head Office
in Madrid.
If you wish to sponsor people who live in
other foreign countries, you have to use the
corresponding application forms for those
countries, as well as adjust to the specific
rules of those countries for new registrations
(for example, some countries may require
an initial order to register a new distributor.)
For the application forms in foreign
countries, please download from the website
www.foreverliving.es or you can contact the
International Sponsoring Department at the
Head Office in Madrid.
Please, be aware that in order to register
people in a foreign country, you first need to
be internationally registered in that country.
