Step 1:
Go to www.mail.live.com . Fill in “Windows Live ID” as your Matrix ID and “Password” as your IC/
Passport Number.
Fill your ID:
<matrixID>@student.iium.edu.my
Fill your password.
Local: Use IC No.
International: Passport No.
Then, click Sign in
button.
Step 2:
You will see this screen. Follow the steps:
Re-enter your
password.
Enter new password
(must be different
from previous)
Re-enter your new
password.

After that, you will see screen below. You will re-login using your new password.
Click “Sign in to Windows Live”.
For security reason, you will need to fill 8 characters:
Enter the 8 characters as shown at your
screen, and then click Continue.
