Disney Studios Non-Theatrical, the non-theatrical arm of The Walt Disney Studios, is excited to announce that
effective immediately, Swank Motion Pictures (“Swank”) has been selected as our exclusive licensing agent for
campgrounds across the United States. This appointment authorizes Swank to license campgrounds to show
your guests hundreds of movies from The Walt Disney Studios including family friendly classics such as
CINDERELLA, the current blockbuster phenomenon FROZEN, and action-packed THE AVENGERS. Movie
screenings add to the amenities provided by your campground, allow for alternate entertainment during inclement
weather, and enhance your guests’ experience while registering, eating or shopping at your facilities.
A license from Swank enables your campground to play a legally-obtained home-entertainment version of Walt
Disney movies. The license makes it legal for you to continuously play Walt Disney movies on televisions or LCD
screens in public areas of the campground.
Your Copyright Licensing Manager at Swank will offer you many benefits such as promotional assistance, movie
selection guidance and tips for a successful movie program! They will also track your expiration date and make
sure your license is renewed on a timely basis, assuring you that your campground remains in compliance with
motion picture copyright laws.

licensing agent of Disney Studios Non-Theatrical, you are permitted to continue playing movies from The Walt
Disney Studios through the expiration date of that license, but please notify a Swank Copyright Licensing
Manager with the expiration date of your current license.
