BEFORE the rehearsal
Bring 2 pints of milk (more than necessary)
In little kitchen off entrance hall, switch on the water-heater by plugging it
in and switching on the plug
In the wall cupboards in kitchen you get out….
2 large tea pots
2 small milk jugs
a bowl for sugar
a bowl/cup for tea spoons
In the lower cupboard below the water heater, get out the large box with
Fylde Sinfonia on it, plus about 30 plastic cups from same cupboard.
On large table at the back of the hall, set out …
about 30 plastic cups inside blue cup holders
sugar in bowl
plastic box with green lid for the money
tea spoons
labels for 2 pots, one for “tea” and one for “coffee” and attach to pots
put sugar in bowl and milk in 2 milk jugs
AT THE BREAK..
6/7 tea bags in one pot and fill the pot from water heater
6/7 teaspoons of coffee in other pot and fill to about 3/4 full
Put tea, coffee, milk, sugar etc on table
UNPLUG WATER HEATER
AFTER THE BREAK
Take out some money from the little box to cover the cost of the milk
Clear up in the kitchen
Put blue cup holders back in our box plus tea, coffee, sugar etc.and put
box back in cupboard
CHECK WATER HEATER IS UNPLUGGED
wipe table in hall etc
