The builder was Wigi Vella. The church was finished in 1893. Property Description The neo-Gothic façade is embellished with a steepli pitched roof, punctured by lanced windows and a series of buttresses topped with pinnacles. A circular rose window adorns the gable over the main door, while, at the other end, a square tower is topped by a tall, slender spire. The main portal is set within large lancet arch with jambings on either side which continues to form two slender small-scaled spires at the side. Above the lancet window, thre is a large pointed triangular pediment with a tracery window puncturing the otherwise austere pediment.
