scholarships or otherwise, is available through your College & Career Center.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE APPLICATIONS
Scholarship Applications may be obtained by logging on to your school’s website and downloading the
application to your personal computer. You must fill out a separate general application for each scholarship.


Each General Application requires you to attach a Personal Statement.
If the scholarship you are applying for asks for a “Special Essay,” then submit that essay in place of
the Personal Statement.
If a scholarship requires a “Special Application” then you must fill out and submit that application.
Committees will not accept packets that are incomplete and not properly filled out and put together.
All “Special Applications” are available in the College & Career Center or by going to your
Naviance account. Click on the “college” tab, then on the “scholarship list” link; there you will find
the special application required.

Transcripts: If a transcript is required, your College & Career Center representative will provide that
for you, free of charge. Please do not request a transcript from the front office.
Read each scholarship very carefully. Only apply to those that you are qualified for!
Your College & Career Center representative is responsible for submitting all the completed Application
Packets to the various service clubs. The service clubs will then determine the scholarship winner(s).
Scholarship winners will be announced
